Everything was perfect. I was skeptical at the beginning due to the low number of comments, but there is noting to worry about. The studio is in a brand-new building, all the furniture is new including all appliances, it's warm, and the bed is comfy. It is really close to the city center. Lidl is right outside the door. Hot water does not take 15' (this issue seems to be only). You cannot get better value for the buck.

The breakfast was surprisingly good for a European hotel — it would meet the expectations of anyone looking for a classic Turkish breakfast. The location is excellent with easy access to the metro, tram, bus, and all kinds of public transportation. The city center is also within walking distance, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were polite and respectful. There was a minor issue with our room selection during check-in, but it was promptly resolved. And because of that, they kindly surprised us with a complimentary treat, which was a very nice touch and made us feel appreciated. It was a classy move that made us feel valued. We’d like to thank them once again, and we recommend this hotel to others.

My recent stay at Be One Hotel in Sofia was a delightful experience with a few minor quirks. The hotel is conveniently situated midway between the city center and the airport, making it a practical choice for travelers. Its proximity to the Mall is a significant advantage for shopping enthusiasts and those looking for dining options nearby. We stayed in Room 817, which was outstanding. The room featured really big windows that offered excellent views of the city, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was well-appointed and provided a high level of comfort, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel has very safe lifts that only offer access to hotel guests, which is reassuring for security-conscious travelers. One unique feature was the absence of floor selection buttons inside the lift, adding an extra layer of security. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Absolutely incredible, location of the hotel is amazing literally everything is within 10 to 15 mins of walk, and all that but I won't lie what really makes this hotel a true jewel and the heart of this hotel so to speak is definitely the wide warm and vibrant and caring and many more adjectives and synonyms apply to the people of this hotel, I absolutely enjoy each and every second of my stay with them, and they treat you like you are part of them like a friend who came for a visit...now to specifics: I want to appreciate in order of meeting Stoyan for being absolutely welcoming and helpful, Natalie (the maden at the bar) for the amazing conversation and for entertaining my terrible ideas of randomness, Ivelina for just sitting with me for a but while I got my barings and for being absolutely hilarious)), and best for last Thomas honesty, for truly treating me as a friend and assisting and advising and just making my stay here truly something heartfelt and for all the coffee talk. I will definitely be advising this hotel to everyone and you guys are absolutely amazing! Love to each and everyone of you!! I will kind miss staying here!
