I can sit the bed not hit the up bed 👍 I like the location it’s not far front beach but the price was not expensive. you can walk 5mins to go supermarket to buy foods and near also have some restaurants super convenient

Excellent hotel with the view of The Christ the Redeemer from the window. It is a good value for money hotel. The breakfast was also good. The bed was huge and abundant charging points at strategic locations. They stored our luggage even after check out as our flight out was late.

Team member beyond expectations? Yes, Sarah in the concierge team. She is phenomenal. We’ve had so many questions during our stay and she was really helpful all the time. She is the main reason that we enjoyed our stay so much. Further comments Loved the new old money styled umbrellas at the pool area. Great design. The 100 years old brand is on spot.

Everything, Antoineta was fantastic she's so sweet and adorable and she made sure I understood everything and showed me how to unlock the doors to ensure I can get back. The room was very spacious with a huge bed and it looked great. Bathroom was amazing, hot water and great pressure very clean. The breakfast is delicious and one of the best I've had in brazil so far. I had a great stay here and would definitely come back

100% is the location and the helpful staff. Rio is the first destination of my south American trip, I pick the hotel which is near the airport, easy for flight connection, every 20 mins, hotel shuttle bus service is perfect. Hotel is just round the corner of airport but in airport information centre suggest waiting for shuttle bus for safety. Staff is very patience and quite easy to get uber service to downtown.

Everything!!! The food was amazing in the hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all delicious. The staff were friendly, smiley, helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, bright and exactly like the photos, we stayed in the luxury room with ocean view and balcony. The bed was comfortable and extra big. The location was the best, we often walked the whole Copacabana and Ipanema and for us this was the best location. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacy near.

We liked the service the most, everyone was really friendly and tried to help when having questions. The Hotel was not exactly like the pictures, but it was also not a big surprise and completely different. Its not European standard if someone is expecting that but its a great place to stay, clean, great location, very good service and the best fruits for breakfast, also other things but the fruits were most amazing for us.

This is the place to stay in Rio. The location is absolutely perfect, on the edge of Copacabana beach and 5 minutes from Ipanema. We upgraded to receive a balcony facing Copacabana which we highly recommend, it was magical seeing Copacabana and sugar loaf mountain from our balcony. Service is really excellent. Big shout out to a number of concierge specialists including Lionel and the fantastic Maurice. Live music in the evening was also fantastic.

The hostel is near the Sambadrome, convenient when you want to celebrate carnaval there. Outside the carnaval season it's not the best location in Rio, it's a long walk to the center. The metro station is a 15 minutes walk from the hostel. Victor was very nice and helped me with the Uber and cash money. He was empathetic and showed me around in the hostel. If you're celebrating carnaval and don't count on sleeping in the hostel this is a great hostel for you. If you're not here for the carnaval run fast to another hostel!

Lovely place, excellent location, very helpful staff and they let us drop our bags off early, we had a quad room/bathroom to ourselves. There is some steps to get up to the property inside so could be tricky with bags for less mobile people. Thank you for a lovely stay.
