We were pleasantly surprised..! The price is actually low for such a clean,quiet and indeed serene place. They should price higher..! We have been to some places in the city center,they cant march Sererne Cottage standard. They have good parking space,good wifi and smart tvs. Self catering facilities are also good.Great place to be away from the noise of the city center.

Amazing stop over on our trip back to Zambia. Perfectly located. On arrival the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed. My stay at Paradise Palms was excellent. I spent one night there and was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms; it looked exactly like the photos online. I liked how comfortable it was,everything was designed for one’s comfort.The security is also very tight which puts one at ease. I also was happy with how we were treated,we felt like it was our home away from home because of the staff, which was great considering that we were not familiar with the place.

The eggs (omlete, and scrambled) were too oily. Everything else was decent. Would have loved some honey to go with the muesli. Other than that I thought the hotel was much better than the three star rating it's given. Also thought the Door man/Bell Hop was a great guy.
