Laurie is caring and energetic and with her background in catering, she knows how to prepare a great coconut/vegetable soup and succulent vegetable omelet. The bacon is out out of this world. I was really surprised to find such quality in a small village.

The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were larger then usual. The rooms were very comfortable.
