The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

Such a lovely place with a warm, family vibe and a delicious breakfast! We stayed in a family room for four adults it was cozy and just right for us. The owner gave us such a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye, which really made us feel at home. It was a truly wonderful stay definitely a place worth recommending!

It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great. The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks. We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

Lovely location on the edge of the lake with beautiful views and very peaceful Freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast. Fun on the pool table. Good choice of channels on the TV including UK ones. Free parking (you can spend a lot on parking in Luzern)

The hotel is in a lovely location right on the lake. Clean rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and the food and wine were excellent.

The location near Pilatus in Stans was just perfect, and the lake view was splendid. Every single hotel staff member was very friendly, and breakfast and dinner were very good, serving tasty coffee too. The village of Beckenried has a boat ferry stop, bus connections, 2 small supermarkets, a bakery and a lovely flower shop.

Super value for money for the price paid. Excellent location, staff and hotel. If you arrive late they offer automatic late check-in (so you can arrive anytime) - loved this option. Big parking in front of the hotel.
