*A Luxury Apartment managed by a Perfectionist and a Big Hearted Host* First, The Apartment. The place is set with state of the art and Luxury Furniture and Appliances. Even the crockery & cutlery placed in apartment is of top notch brands and of very high quality. Cooking range and all other appliances were almost new and of very good brands. All the gadgets and appliances placed were very clean & working. Apartment is Ideal for cooking meals as all cooking ingredients, More than Basic, were provided free of charge by the host. On our request, she provided some tomato’s and spices also, free of charge. 👏 Our Perfectionist Host has taken into account all the possible things a guest can need to a level of Pillow Spray/Fragrance, Beach Towel, Sunglasses, a hat, sun screen body lotion, new and all full toiletries, Pringles and a lot other free things, including Lindt Chocolates and snacks (Pix attached) and with abundant refills. The Host. She is a perfectionist and seems to come from a very Nobel family. She was there to guide us how to reach there and anything we need over and above her host purview, she provided it with a big smile and free of charge. On checkout day, We had our train 2 hours after the checkout time. We just asked her that can there be extension in checkout time without mentioning how much time we needed. She displayed yet another big hearted gesture and extended our checkout time till 2000 hrs (8 PM), much more than we actually needed. Overall, We were so impressed by the way she treated us as a host that we ACTUALLY FELT LIKE A GUEST, first time in our over a decade of international travel. So we cancelled our next destination and stayed in this apartment more than we planned, bearing cancellation cost of our next destination, considering it worth bearing. Lastly, we left this Limone Apartment with an affirmation that… WE WILL BE BACK SOON and Surely, WE WILL LIVE THERE FOR MORE TIME.

It’s incredible classic hotel with stunning view. All the staff are very nice and welcoming. Amazing pool and comfortable sun beds. Live music and very romantic dinner area. Perfect location, it’s very close to Lugano and in the same time is very calm and relaxing. Thanks to Jasmin that grows near the pool, the smell was so good! Perfect place to relax in summer and winter!

Everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was fantastic—relaxed, kind, and always helpful. They found me an adapter for electricity I didn't have, gave me the key to the beach even though it was not swimming season (in case I still wanted to go there), a waiter in the restaurant was full of positive energy, and I enjoyed listening to his Italian. The pizza in the restaurant was extraordinarily good and it was so nice to eat it on the hotel terrace (with the view of the lake). The hotel's location was perfect, it is in the very center of Morcote, stairs for climbing to the church and views of Morcote were very near, bus station is immediately in front of the hotel, and the main pier for boats is also there. If you are coming from Lugano and Melide (probably), I recommend to choose boat for a part of the travel- it is great to be on Lugano Lake. In Morcote, don't miss Parco Scherrer- it is not too big, but it is more museum than the park, and peace and beauty there were one of the top moments of my whole Switzerland travel.

Great location near the lake! It is cheap for Switzerland, and paid parking is 4 minutes away. Again, the location and little town was great.

Very kind staff, pets allowed, unbeatable location in Morcote, right in front of Piazza Grande bus stop. Restaurant is very cute with 4 areas to choose from: first floor overlooking the lake, main dinning room next to the bar, a sunny terrace outside and an amazing platform on top of the lake itself. Definitely coming back!

The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the decor of bathroom! The hotel has a good location (right in front of bus stop to Lugano and 15 minutes walking distance to restaurants in the village center). The breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant’s hotel is super beautiful!

This is in a beautiful location, against Lake Lugano. All of the staff were very polite and attentive. We had drinks on the terrace and an evening meal at the restaurant, excellent, both in terms of the food and service The room was lovely (two bathrooms). Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. We used the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna - all very pleasant. We were able to park just outside.

Beautiful location, beautiful outdoor restaurant and pool. It was also very nice to have live music in the bar in the evening. We enjoyed the Presential suite and it has an amazing view directly on the boarder of the lake. - unforgettable!

I liked the communication with the owner. I liked the exact directions with finding the location, an excellent financial suggestion for parking. Our accommodation was somewhere in the attic apartment. The kitchen is excellently equipped, a lot of space for dining and relaxing. In the apartment there was information to help you with the facilities of the apartment. I have read many negative reviews about the heat, but if the information provided by the owner is read, you make an excellent heat.

Our stay was simply marvellous! Morcote is truly beautiful and the Relais is an exquisite little hotel. The design and interior is really well done and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everybody from the staff was really nice and attentive, especially Alex :) We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
