We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours. They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help. It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff went out of their way to guarantee us as much comfort as possible. They even asked us beforehand if we wanted to have breakfast which then was served promptly during our stay. The room was very large and comfortable. I actually slept so well that in the morning, I first thought that I‘m at home.

There is safe storage for bikes and a workshop with tools. There are also e-bikes which guests can use free of charge, ideal for getting in to the town (which is otherwise a 12 min walk) or generally exploring Olten. The B&B is at the end of a quiet street in a residential area. The rooms are small (the bathroom is tiny) but everything is clean and well-organised. Each room also has outdoor seating. Wifi works well. Breakfast is self-service with a good selection to choose from, and there is an honesty bar if you fancy drinking a cold beer in the garden. Reto is friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here if I come to Olten again. It's very good value for money and has everything I need.

Otherwise, the pizzeria next door has an à la carte menu for lunch and evening dinner. On request, I could park the car for free for the whole day, after checking out. The Cozy Cove is a really lovely apartment, fully kitted out with excellent facilities. We found it very spacious and comfortable, and with a nice balcony for chilling out in the evening. There is a shopping mall just a short walk away, so everything we needed was on our doorstep. We were visiting from England for the Women's Euros an chose Olten as a convenient base due to its easy train links to the cities hosting the games. The apartment was an easy 5 minute walk from the station which was ideal for that purpose. The host was extremely helpful, allowing to both check in early, and leave a little later. We spent most of our time travelling around to other cities (Geneva, Bern, Basel and Zurich) and our only regret was that we didn't spend more time relaxing at the apartment, as we enjoyed it so much. All in all, we loved our stay.
