My boyfriend & I stayed here for 4 nights during a month long trip to Colombia. We loved it here. The family who run the hostel are extremely helpful, organising our excursions and taxis when we needed them. We stayed in the king room which was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The owners Jane and Filipe together with the rest of the family (mom Janet, dogs) really make the place very special. They make you feel welcome, even before you arrive! Felt like home after a day of walking, rafting etc. The meals are yummie and a massage of mom Janet are also very much recommended.

Friendly staff, who helped us with everything we needed. Amazing quiet place in the middle of the nature with a beautiful garden with many birds and a nice swimming pool. They offer a Turkish steam bath service, which was really relaxing. The garden offers many places to relax. Many restaurants in San Gil have a delivery service to this hostel. The surrounding is great for walking and birdwatching. We had a private kitchen next to our room. The hotel dog is the sweetest dog ever!

Locations is on the main square. Staff are absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and helpful even with our poor Spanish. The Tejo night organised was a lot of fun and brought together travellers from all over the city. They also organised taxis to and from the event for free. Wasn’t very busy while we were there so not super social but I can imagine it would be if full as there are nice areas to hang out.

It was an amazing condo. As described, fairly new and in a convenient location. Although is not in the center, it is located in a nice secluded neighbourhood. The hosts were fantastic and were very knowledgeable of the area. Super friendly and great attitude. It offered all the facilities needed. All in great condition. The wifi was fast and all appliances working as expected. 5 stars!!! 🌟

We really loved staying here in San Gil. The owners were great and even helped us to arrange our bus booking. The rooms are comfortable with a great sized bathroom. The location is also right in the middle of San Gil.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Such friendly and kind people. The location is perfect 5 minutes from the Central Park. Water in shower was warm ( for san gil it was perfect). Very good value for money. Good American breakfast including eggs fruit bread juice coffee

Excellent location in the centre of San Gil. The owners were extremely nice people and organised our activity while there and gave restaurant recommendations. The hostel has hammocks to chill out in and a well equipped kitchen too. Room was very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The price is great too, the best in San Gil for the service provided. Would recommend to anyone staying in San Gil.

The huge and comfortable bed! The space was good and clean, we like the little sitting area along the walkway. The staff was really nice, they allowed us to check in early and kept our luggage till the evening. The location was great too!

Great hosts. Great breakfast. Great location...if you have a car as it is a bit outside of town. That said, being outside of town is one of its charms. Life doesn't get much better than burying yourself in one of the hammocks and uncoupling from the world.

Perfect location in the main square (Plaza Principal). Hostel has great amenities such as kitchen, fridges, pool, common chill out areas etc. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have lots of information on the activities that you can do whilst in San Gil, and organise a free trip to play the national game of Tejo once a week which is great fun. Overall, a great place to base yourself whilst in San Gil!
