Everything is as described - clean, spacious, decent breakfast, brilliantly central location, friendly reception staff. Like a good international hostel you’d find around the world - everything is built for this purpose from the multiple shower stalls and toilets to the modern box beds. Nice to also see women working there instead of just men hanging around like some other places. It is slap bang in the middle of everything in Hurghada, doesn’t get more central. No scams, no weirdness, just a decent place to rest.

Great hotel: - the must is the food available almost throughout the day from breakfast buffet until the dinner buffet (several buffet options) - 2 heated swimming pools (one outdoor and one indoor) - staff is vert efficient, especially at the eating/dinning areas - lots of activities available anytime (tennis court, ping pong table, etc.) - standard rooms are pretty big (roughly 50 sqm with a huge balcony) and confortable (mattress are very good). Rooms are cleaned efficiently with attention to details and checked few times per day, which make the stay very comfortable

The hotels is incredible, smart layout, well designed and lots of good areas where you can spend your time. Good pools, nice beach and chairs/sunbathing sofas everywhere. Restaurants where amazing, buffet was alot better then your average hotels buffets (so much to choose from and high quality.) WIFI was very good, was able to stream everything at a high bitrate (youtube, football, twitch etc...) And last but not least, the staff! In some hotels i feel uncomfortable getting overly served especially when staff "fake it", not here, i believe the staff is genuinely happy working at this hotel. At the same time they seem so relaxed, and that made it so much easier for me to relax. I get the feeling that the hotel is taking very good care of its staff, and in turn the staff is taking very good care of its visitors.

Staff is amazing, they earn all our respect. Everyone will do their maximum for you to enjoy your stay. Rooms and everything else are clean. For an all inclusive, food was pretty good, even as a french 😎 Cocktails at the circle bar are very nice. Some of the night activities were really impressive. Well this is perfect to stay and go diving in the Red Sea, good value for money.

Everything, the best hotel I ever stayed in Hurghada , the staff make you feel so special, the operation manger Mr Sherif Mohamed and Mr Ayman Hassan they went extra mile to make our honeymoon special and how they welcome us at the reception and Mr Omer who has made the booking and take the payment all the reception staff are the best and most friendly. The food quality is amazing and various varieties and the waiters are doing their best to make you feel comfortable and meet your expectations specially Hamaza Mahmoud and Ahmed at the beach bar they are amazing waiters and very friendly and very professional. Above all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to have a good relaxation and great service and great holiday then this is your best hotel.
