What an amazing experience! I'm absolutely stunned..This place is on an amazing spot, right in center and nearby of everything you might possibly want -close to the airport, close to the supermarket, marina, fish market and some of the best Egyptian restaurants in Hurghada. The staff is not only friendly but also very helpful, honest and really there for you. You get a traditional Egyptian breakfast. There was a real friendly vibe in the common areas and we had lot of fun:) Honestly, it felt like second home for a little while:) Everything is clean, modern, well equipped and very private, for a hostel. Not only i fell in love with Egypt but i fell in love with this hostel and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for this amazing experience and always a safe place to come back to:) Even if you travel on your own, like myself, you never have to feel lonely here:)

The food was exceptional, all the staff was very welcoming and genuinely kind. Everyone strived to make this the best experience possible. There were lots of activities (pool, beach, jaccuzi, ping pong, tennis, basketball, soccer, evening programs with live music and dances and more activities) We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure again.

Everything was excellent! The beach is beautiful, massive pools. Food was great, so many options, very tasty and good quality. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

Special thanks to butler Hanna. He accompanied us during our stay. We departed for the airport early in the morning, no Uber responded at the beginning, Hanna even got ready to drive us (fortunately a Uber came finally), and thus remember to reserve a taxi if you plan early departure.
