The facility was really nice, we liked that we could use the Laguna vista also, they had a really fun aqua park. When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.

Firstly we were a couple 40 and well travelled. I rate property 2 ways. Building facilities infrastructure condition etc and staff service. Facilities you can read about the condition is excellent 👏 Staff were absolutely amazing best service I had in Egypt and was my 3rd time there. You can tell that the leadership is world class from the hotel manager all the way down. Every member of staff were professional polite and genuinely happy and proud of their work and can only be attested to by excellent management. We will be back. Thanks

The view of the resort was absolutely gorgeous, we had a nice view of the relax pool from our balcony, and the relax pool bar is definitely our favorite. We tried out different pools and jacuzzi, it was cold while entering but it got better later with the sun. Our room was very clean, spacious, and the common area was well maintained. There’s a good variety of food and drinks, we didn’t get bored after 7 days there. The snorkeling experience was also great, there’re always attentive safeguards.
