Great value for money hotel, excellent location with on street parking just 50 meters away. Immaculately clean, excellent bed and linens. Super quiet, with no passing traffic. Check in staff, Sol and Tess were extremely pleasant . Hotel works on key code access. I travel and stay on business at least twice a month to Ciutadella and have stayed in most boutique hotels, there are many good ones, value for money this one , I would highly recommend ….

A lovely boutique hotel, very well located, on a quiet and pretty street in Ciutadella. The staff are extremely helpful and are available to give you tips to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and it is very pleasant to stroll around the center in the evening. I think it is an excellent option for those who want to explore the island of Menorca. Breakfast is also very good, although in the summer, if you want to go to the most famous beaches you have to leave the hotel before breakfast starts.

I really liked the style of the hotel, it was really calm and beautifully decorated! What I thought was amazing was our welcome at the hotel. Ilaria told some things to do in the city and where the nice restaurants were, which was very good to know beforehand. We had a great time in at the hotel!

Our stay at Hotel Infinito was absolutely delightful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Damian made us feel right at home with his warm welcome and thoughtful touch. Not only did he personally provide us with all the essential travel details for Menorca, but he also gave fantastic recommendations for local food spots and beaches, ensuring we got the most out of our trip. The room itself was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We were also treated to extra touches like umbrellas, games, and other thoughtful amenities that enhanced our experience even further. As a special surprise, He gifted us a charming beach bedsheet with an elephant design, which was a lovely gesture and added a unique touch to our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect, situated centrally in the old town. Nearly every major attraction was just a short 5-10 minute walk away, making it so easy to explore the area. We were also really impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which was made even more luxurious by their signature scented bathroom products. After a long day spent at the beach, the shower was the perfect way to unwind and relax. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Menorca.

The apartment is fantastic. It has a lovely garden, good bathroom, and great location close to the beach and city centre. In a very quiet neighbourhood. We very much enjoyed our breakfasts outside and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend this place!

THE BEST! The best breakfast, best staff and best location of any accom that we stayed in across a two month europe trip. It's a two minute walk to the bus station that takes you to every great beach on the island. It's close to all the best restaurants. The accom is so clean and the room is so compact. The robes and towels are so luxurious as well.

The room at Mon was good, and the location was great. They offered up a delicious breakfast everyday and the room had great AC, and it was hot out so we needed it. Buses to get around are at your doorstep so if you want to use the bus to go to the beaches, but come back to town for the night this is a great spot. All in all a solid place to stay. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay walking distance to all visitors sites. Host Miquel (thanks for a lovely stay) was very helpful and informative of where to visit ie sites to see where to eat etc would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved Calma Hotel! We stayed for 5 nights in June 2023 and we had booked the smaller room. We were upgraded to a much larger room which was so lovely. The hotel is in the best location in Ciutadella, so central and next to the best restaurant in town. El hogar de pollo, it’s a local spot with the best zamburrinas and pulpo in all of Menorca. The lady who runs Calma kindly took our washing and brought it back all clean and folded. The aircon was great after a long day in the sun!

Breakfast unlimitted but with mediocre products (especially bread/cereals/croissants/juices). Satisfying though. The people working here are nice, the place is quiet, and clean, location is excellent <10min to get to the city center.

Excellent hotel. In particular the staff from reception to waiting staff at breakfast and the pool bar staff were brilliant. Incredibly friendly nothing was too much trouble and excellent customer service . Hotel was spotlessly clean and a lovely location . Very lovely stay and would recommend . Excellent choice of food at breakfast and very well run . Lovely pool area too.
