We had an excellent stay at this location. The apartment is very well maintained, spacious, equipped with absolutely everything you need. It s located 300 m from the metro station, in the Clichy area, which is quiet and civilized. Nearby there are restaurants and shops where you can buy almost anything at reasonable prices. Communication with the host was very good. We appreciated the politeness and kindness with which we re welcomed. We felt very good and we ll definitely return to Sérénité. We highly recommend this apartment, which is far above what Paris offers in terms of accommodation in this price category.

The apartment was fantastic! Very comfortable and modern. With all the amenities for a comfortable stay with children, I loved the details like the umbrellas and the available food. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is good, close to transportation and a supermarket. I also appreciated the good communication with the owner and all their support to have a good time at the property.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home for a few nights in Paris. Easy to access all the attractions by metro or bus (with the assistance of google maps). The area felt local and safe with the metro station less than a 5 minute walk and cafes, restaurants and supermarkets surrounding the apartment. The host was also very responsive and helpful, we would happily stay here again.

Arrival in a place where you are really welcomed with a big smile and a really warm welcome. It's a real pleasure especially whether the receptionists or the housekeepers, all the hotel staff are super nice. The receptionists are really friendly and explain the proper functioning of the hotel in detail. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is well located, very secure and close to everything, whether for the metro, the bus, restaurant or supermarket. I recommend this magnificent and peaceful place to anyone who wants to go there 2000% it will be without regrets❤❤ With great pleasure for sure i will come again with my eyes closed🙏🏿👌🏿 A big thank you to all the staff.
