This is a well-equipped appartement with dishes and glasses and everything - even boiler and coffee machine. It also has a microwave and actual oven. The rooms are spacious and the host was really nice. There was a heating - both in the bedroom and in the living room. There were pillows and covers. The flat is very close to metro (Garibaldi) and tram (Porte Saint Ouen) - so no problem for getting to the city center.

Location was pretty convenient; despite not being near city center there are two subway lines in close proximity (13 is 5mins walking and 14 is 10mins walking) which take you there is less than 30mins. The host was very friendly, quick to answer questions and gave us very clear instructions on how to do checkin and checkout. Bonus points for the surprise breakfast gifts we received every day upon arrival at the flat. The flat itself is very nice and cozy, equipped with everything needed. Bed and sofa bed both very comfortable and the street was quiet at night, so no issues with recharging batteries for the next day's touring. There are also plenty of supermarkets in the area as well as a very nice bakery just to the side of subway 13 entry. Overall super nice experience!

The staff was very friendly! Young and happy people who love to work there. The hotel was very new, opened in 2022. The bar is very pretty, the whole atmosphere in the hotel and the restaurant was relaxed. The swimming pool is nice, the beds are relax.

The vibe was fantastic! From the moment we walked in the door with all our luggage, we were greeted warmly. The games room was great for a little down time between visits to Paris. The Metro is close by, as is the Franprix supermarket. We had a great room on the seventh floor and could see the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. We highly recommend this accommodation for exploring Paris!

The location was perfect calm safe area public transport are so close as well. There are a grocery shop, restaurants, you can chill on the riverside. The room was clean and cozy we loved the balcony. Our host was amazing and flexible regarding the check out time as well. Absolutely recommeded not only few days.

Very clear instructions to get into apartment, great location for our visit to Stade de France, bakery and supermarkets very close by. The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to have the terrace to sit outside and admire the view of the city. Vincent was a great host and responded to messages quickly.

In a great location, a peaceful neighbourhood, just 15 minute Metro ride from Gare du Nord. Boulangerie and supermarket are just a few minutes walk away. Chris, our host, was really communicative prior to our arrival and he met us with his wife on arrival who showed us round their home in the most detailed fashion showing us how to work all appliances.

Great little apartment in a lovely little area with a supermarket and bakery not too far away. Host was amazing and got us a fan last minute when it was really hot! Beautifully presented inside and easy instructions to get in. Location was perfect for the Olympics! Thank you!

Location is in the heart of the antique district. Lots of restaurants and bars around the place and the outside space in the middle of the restaurant, closed in is really nice.

Great location and Anaïs was brilliant as a host. We received all the information about the apartment, check in and local area before our arrival. We were also able to leave our suitcases for a little bit longer which was a bonus!

Over all a good experience, neat, clean and spacious appertment. Good number of shops in the neighborhood. Location is also good with bus stations near by and a comfortable 20 mnts walk to the metro station, Mairie de Saint Ouen. There is an antique market near by and worth visiting. Apartment is on road facing so traffic noise can be annoying at night but if windows are closed it is fine. For parking there are private parking spaces available via Yespark and it was very handy.
