This accomdation is so beautifully presented, with gorgeous decor and cosy rooms to relax in during our stay. The room we stayed in was so very comfortable and the included breakfast was perfect 👌 And being able to enjoying breakfast in the morning with such a gorgeous view of the gardens is something special. I highly recommend exploring afterwards as a great way to start your day. What made this stay additionally special was that our host Graham took the time to provide us recommendations of places to also visit along our travel route, a true host that goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend staying here as a base to venture around the area. Thank you Graham and everyone involved in ensuring we had such a fabulous stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's services for the price of the night (inexpensive and breakfast included). The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. For dinner, the dishes were of decent quality and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were young and attentive. I highly recommend this charming little hotel.

The most beautiful, most cozy accommodation we have ever stayed in! Comfortable, stylish, spotlessly clean apartment, abundant breakfast that satisfies all needs, very elegant service. Thank you again, Filip and Gavin, for making us feel like family during the days we spent there! Blairgowrie is a very pleasant, cozy little town, with nice people, a perfect starting point for "star tours": mountain, lake, sea, everything approx. an hour's drive.

Amazing location out of the way. Small cottage for independent use surrounded by magnificent nature. The owners care about restoring the natural environment, which is noticeable. On the one hand, living away from the city, on the other hand, a great starting point for exploring Scotland by car. I would recommend for a wilderness escape as well as a place to spend the night while exploring the Scottish countryside.

After a six hour drive in torrential rain, we walked into the hotel to be met by the biggest fire and most comfortable sofas. Like finding an oasis in the desert. Staff were very friendly, room very clean and comfortable, evening meal and breakfast were both superb. It was the best vegetarian breakfast I have been given in many hotel stays.

Lovely cottage with all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable and in an ideal location for our needs. There was a convenient area to park the car. There was access to the garden and patio area which would have been ideal in the summer. All in al it is certainly a place we would return to.

location was awesome surrounded by farmland, ideal for a chillout break. recommend a visit to Reekie Linn Waterfall , only a mile up the road !! shops only a few miles down the road and we could have had shopping delivered. We did have a meal delivered at night from a local takeaway which was great. Debbie was a great host, left us some fresh eggs and a tasty lemon cake !

Great size, comfortable, cozy cottage. Brilliant location within the town, central but set back from main road so very quiet. All the facilities that you’d need for a short layover; a large king size bed, open fire with logs provided, warm powerful shower & milk in fridge for arrival. Really love this wee gem off a cottage.

Really lovely accommodation which suited or needs perfectly. Very quiet location but right next to shops and in heart of Alyth. Plenty of space and well equipped cupboards with pans, crockery, washing up stuff etc. I liked that the check in was remote as with a small baby our time keeping is terrible, so would have felt stressed thinking we had arranged to get there to meet someone at a specific time.
