I recently stayed at Pale Hall and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable with staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. The hotel room was excellent and well-appointed, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. I would like to give a special mention to Paul, who was a fantastic member of the staff and provided exceptional service during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Pale Hall for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience."

Great place to stay! Very spacious, we had 7 people and never felt like we were in each others way. Bedrooms were all great and would be lovely to sit on the patio if it were sunny. 10 minutes away from the little town of Bala which had plenty of shops, pubs and food to grab. Close to other locations and sights and within walking distance of a few lovely views. Top stay!

The apartment is beautiful and it’s location right on the lake ensures you have a peaceful and beautiful escape. The view over the lake is spectacular and it was lovely to see all the wildlife and birds whilst relaxing and enjoying the view sat on the balcony with a good book and a cup of tea. Easy to find from the directions provided and the hosts are lovely.

The house was perfect and immaculately clean. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The owners couldn't do enough for us and even brought an extension cable within 5 minutes of asking for it. The bed was very comfortable, and the house was lovely and cool, which was ideal as the weather was warm. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved everything about the house, and we would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed at Snowdonia Cottage (Glyn Mawr).. It is a beautiful cottage in an absolutely stunning and quiet location. If you want total seclusion and tranquillity, this is it. Simon is a great host/owner who is very quick to respond to any requests via the app. Donna, the housekeeper, is lovely, and she works very hard to ensure the property is immaculately kept. The cottage is minimally furnished, but to a very high standard of quality, comfort, and finish... To be honest there isn't anything that could top it; it's near on perfect in our opinion, and we'd return in a heartbeat.

This was our second visit to Hen Ysgubor. The hosts are very helpful and on site if there are any issues. The property is excellent for a restful get away, well furnished and comfortable. Everything you could wish for. We would definately recommend it. Extremely clean and tidy and has stunning views from both the front and back of the property. We will be returning.

Great location. Clean and comfortable but quite basic. There is no parking at the property but we used the coop car park which is a short walk up the road. You can book a block of days at a time for a reasonable rate

Central location in Bala - easy to find and free parking to rear of premises. Lovely period building full of character but airy and not at all stuffy. Very welcoming staff and friendly service. Lovely clean room with nice views - well stocked tea/coffee supply in room. We ate both lunch and breakfast at the premises and both were nice. Would absolutely stay again and would wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation.

Great location and stunning property. A limited number of things to do in the area apart from walking. Bala is not an attractive town and one needs to travel to other attractions. There is no local championship golf which is our main hobby. The food is very good and our room was magnificent. The G.M. is excellent and leads from the front.

We like the location, situated just next to the river with a mountain view through the windows. It was breathtaking. The owner were very kind, they had kept a bottle of milk for us to use as we were traveling with the kids.

Nice clean comfortable. Lovely building in a very central location but not noisy. Car parking at rear was good. Room was clean tidy and comfy. Just enough space for solo traveller. Pretty standard pub food and the breakfast was nice with buffet style options in addition to the traditional cooked breakfasts. Check in was very easy and fast. No o e available at checkout so just left the key card.
