Great location - we arrived late which was with prior agreement. Lovely room and comfy bed. We ate at the pub across the road. Breakfast was delicious and very good options available. Helen was a great host. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again. They offer parking and transfers to the cruise terminal but we didn't use this on this occasion

We had an evening meal and it was fab and fresh produce and the breakfast was just as good and lots of choice. Toni & Paul and their family make you feel really welcome and nothing is too trouble. Great location if going on a cruise.

Loved the hideaway it was so cosy. The bed was really comfy, The hot tub was so nice in the evening with the lights and a prosecco in hand.
The location was great near a shop, restaurant and a pub that were walking distance away and nearby lots of nice pubs and walks

We loved the location, the decor is lovely and the people who reside at the house were really kind.
The garden is enclosed which was great for a curious and active cocker spaniel. The hot tub was a lovely addition!
I do recommend a car as it’s quite remote (which is exactly what we needed as busy frontline practitioners) it’s 25 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the forest 🥰
We had a situation that was a genuine mistake and was dealt with by the owner and that would encourage me to stay there again.

Bed was soooo comfortable
Food was really great had a set three course menu and it was lovely
breakfast looked brilliant but as i was getting away sharp i just had coffee and pastry
also lovely hearing the owls as i laid in bed

Lovely place and excellent location to explore New Forest as well as close to Paultons Park.
We had everything we needed and lovely hot tub. On arrival we found milk in the fridge, couple of bottles of Prosecco and some sweets for the kids 😊 We will be back again soon. Thank you.

Location was perfect! While next to at least one other property (we think another similar one) it felt very secluded and private. The garden (with hot tub) were certainly well fenced off and private. Internally the property was very well thought out, large TV in a snug living room with a well equipped kitchenette, and clean and functional bathroom.

The location was good, plenty of parking. Nice clean room, good shower, good food and loverly patrons. This is a nice spot, it was a little quiet when we were there but that did not bother me. Good cooked breakfast of a weekend.
