We loved everything about the cottage! The location was perfect, the facilities in the cottage were excellent from the wood burner to the jacuzzi bath, steam shower and sauna. The cottage had all the essentials needed and the view from the front and back of the cottage was beautiful 😍 with eagles, otters and hen harriers on show nearly every day. The cottage itself has large rooms with plenty space and storage and parking right at the door. The hosts were only a phone call away if you had any issues( not that we had any). Visitors should ditch the car and take a local bus journey round the island which the bus will stop for you at the end of the road (just wave it down). Some mornings we woke up to 3 very friendly ponies roaming about who love to be petted . All in all a perfect holiday in a perfect place.

I know Mull very well, and I always wanted to stay here and it didn’t disappoint. The location on the banks of Loch Scridain is perfect for watching the wildlife, be it the otters, seals or the Sea Eagles and Golden Eagles. Good parking facilities, and if you wanted to see the rest of Mull, you can flag the bus down and either go to Fionnphort or the other way to Tobermory.

The room was comfortable and cozy with a generous bathroom. The property was lovely and seemed to have been recently renovated. We ate in the pub two different nights and enjoyed the food, especially the mussels. The location was good for as us, as we were traveling to the Isle of Iona for a day trip. We were able to get to the ferry fairly easily from this location.

Stunning location, a great base for exploring Mull and Iona. Great pub food, and a really lively atmosphere every evening, as lots of campers come in from next door. Brilliant system for breakfast, of leaving out baskets of goodies for each table - more than enough for a great breakfast and a hearty packed lunch. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was enjoying their time there. We’ll be back.
