The most amazing thing was about the host. So considerate and welcoming. We had a nice dinner at their local restaurant which is located not far away. In the morning, the lovely staff delivered breakfast which was various and full-filling.

Very nice, cozy, clean and quiet place in Georgian village near Vardzia. Great quality for good price. The host was very hospitable young man. Also many thanks to his family who served us. We ordered dinner and it was delicious and so big (fried fresh fish and chicken, potato, cheese, vegetable salad)! Breakfast was included in the price and it was also big and delicious with Georgian cuisine. You can also try red and white wine for good price wiсh the host makes himself.

We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.

We had a fantastic stay here! The rooms are separate from the family house so you have more privacy and your own terrace to relax on. We had dinner, wine and breakfast here and it was all delicious and homemade. Definitely ask for fish, it is caught fresh and prepared to order. I would definitely stay here again! From the guesthouse you can walk to Tmogvi castle and then onto Vardzia on hiking paths which we really enjoyed.

One of the best hotels for me for ever. In reality better then on photos. Special I would like to mark a gardeners work. The territory of a hotel is big and to keep it in these conditions is great and hard work! Everything is simple but very stylish. I wish I returned here again.

Highly recommended. It is a peaceful place where you can unwind after full days of adventures.

We slept really well at the accommodation which was a nice walk up a track from the Vardzia caves. The host, Khatuna, really made our stay extra special. She was incredibly hospitable and cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast on both nights of our stay. Loved it. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We spent two days at Tirebi farmhouse and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Giorgi, Marina and Sergo were very friendly and we had interesting conversations. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location in the valley is fantastic. The views are spectacular. Thank you for everything.

The location was fantastic and the room/bathroom were large. The hosts provided an authentic Georgian dinner for a small cost and this was great along with the breakfast in the morning. Would totally recommend to stay here

Beautiful kept location, amazing garden, great with kids etc. Great pool, food in the restaurant is pretty good too. I guess the only nit would be a lack of like waiter service at the pool - that wouldve been cherry on the cake.

Peaceful, beautiful location with the most amazing hosts and the comfiest beds I have slept in in Georgia. Also great hiking around and super easy to visit Vardzia. Tsotne and his family are wonderful hosts, and the food was brilliant! Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the view of the caves from the balcony was wonderful. I walked to the caves (30 minutes from the hotel to the ticket booth) along the road as it was very quiet, but the hotel offered a free transfer service too. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good range of choice. The restaurant for dinner was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

This farmhouse was one of ghe best things we did in Georgia, The location is between mountains and many monuments, sightseeing wievs. We were searching for little adventure and real experience, and we get it. Hostest made all food by herself, cheeses chachapuri and many else, food was really delicious, home made from natural products, the sadness is that we spend only one night, I hope we will come back next year!

The location, as always, is the big selling point for Vardzia Resort, as it is within walking distance of Vardzia proper. The rooms are comfortable, the gardens and facilities are lovely, and the staff do their best to accommodate.
