This really is a great place. First of all rooms are new and everything is neat&clean. Shared bathroom was super, there is a separate toilet with a sink and another separate big shower room. The landlord lady is an incredible host, she lives on the premises and is always there for you and since she is a professional cook, you've got to try her food. She makes you dinner if you like, it was amazing. Communication works over Google translate unless you speak Russian. Entrance is through a local cheap eatery.

We loved everything! Very clean, spacious room. The most comfiest beds we had in a long time. Great bathroom, the kitchen and dining area is nice too and had all we needed. Perfect place for us. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming despite the language barrier.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming little cottage in Zugdidi! The space was perfect for three people, offering cozy accommodations and a warm atmosphere. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the decor added a lovely touch. The location was convenient, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings easily. Exceptionally good guesthouse. Very good location, super clean and cosy. It was very pleasant to stay in this beautiful home. Manana made a very lovely and tasty breakfast - eggs, homemade jam, fresh bred, butter. Manana, Tengo and Irakli are very welcoming family. I enjoyed my stay there and had well rested.

The hosts are very generous and hospitable. The room was very comfortable. It is in a good location, a short walk from the bus station and a short walk into the city. Close to stores for food. And there is a beautiful garden.

Everything is perfect! Just 5 minutes walk from the railway and bus station. Also you can walk to the city centre. The room is very clean with a good standard. The host is also very friendly. I highly recommend it.
