The place is simply wonderful. I spent a fantastic week here, completely relaxed and with every possible comfort. Just a 2-minute walk away, there’s a black sand beach that’s almost always deserted. The house is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to five guests. It’s incredibly well-equipped: oven, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, induction stove, fridge with a small freezer compartment, and pretty much every tool and utensil you’d expect to find in a regular home. There’s always running water, and the shower and hot water work perfectly. The location is ideal—halfway between Fira and Oia—making it easy to reach all parts of the island, which is small and easy to explore. One of the most amazing things is waking up in the morning and seeing the sea right in front of you, almost close enough to touch. The view is truly priceless. Outside, there are two distinct areas. On the lower level, there’s a small sea-view landing with a stone bench and a drying rack for clothes. From here, you can walk to a gate that leads directly to the road—just cross it and you’re at the beach. On the upper outdoor level, there’s a dining table with a sea view, a cozy stone bench with cushions, and an incredibly comfortable hanging chair—perfect for reading while listening to the sound of the waves. The area is shaded by a light fabric canopy that lets in a few rays of sun. A few steps above, there are two sun loungers overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying the evening breeze or stargazing. Honestly, I don’t think I could have been any luckier. As for the sound of cars passing below the house, I think it's exaggerated to call it noisy. At night, simply closing the windows is enough to block out any sound, especially since the house is very well air-conditioned. Plus, like anywhere, you quickly get used to the occasional car passing by. I personally wasn’t bothered at all.

Absolutely everything! From the minute we arrived, both Dior and Hina were amazing. They helped us find the best restaurants and also helped us with touring (at a better price than offered to us). The breakfast box was just the perfect touch! Kept in contact with everything we needed for our stay and honestly made it more special for us. We stayed in the honeymoon maisonette suite, and the room was gorgeous. Hammam steam room, perfect jacuzzi on the balcony and an even better view of sunrise than we thought. It was truly the best night we've had.

Location is great, a quieter street away from the bustle but also within shooting distance of everything you need. House was perfect, a small kitchen with enough to cook at home, comfy bed, modern bathroom, shower, aircon and tv etc. Nice, quieter beaches a couple mins drive away and Oia is also a short drive. Andreas was a great host who welcomed us and was always available and very helpful.

Location was ideal, a 15 minute walk into Oia, away from the crowds. Foinikiá is quiet and has a bus stop at the top of the hill. Mrs Rania was very polite and helpful, she was always checking up on us to see if we were ok and happy, also very helpful with booking excursions for us . Couldn’t ask for a better host !!! . I would 100% recommend Aqua Serenity Suites ! And we can’t wait to come back . Thank you for having us both .

The host was so helpful,he recommended us a lot of incredible restaurants and beaches, he helped us rent a car and was extremely kind. The location is really good, about 8 minutes walk to Oia (the most beautiful spot in Santorini). The room was impeccably clean and as well as the terrace and the jacuzzi. I have nothing bad to say about this accommodation ,definitely the most beautiful and affordable place you can stay in Santorini!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel from July 24 to July 31. The hotel is very well furnished, with a beautiful view. We went as a young couple and this place was wonderful for our little vacation! If one day we were to return to Santorini, this hotel would be our only option, because it's magnificent!

Location - was close to Oia but not crazy close so you get the peace and tranquility of the scenery (surrounded by vines and mountains in the backdrop) Facilities - such a cute apartment with a great little pool, balcony and much more (perfect for our little family). The sunset from the balcony was top notch Staff - we were so looked after with guide and tips of where to park, beaches etc. plus access to ask for anything we needed… also unexpectedly had daily cleaning service where she lived super close by (such a nice treat for an apartment)

We were very warmly welcomed by the host. He recommended us some sights on the island. The house looks exactly as on the photos. Very nice, modern and especially clean. Every day the house is cleaned, the towels changed and even the dishes were washed. Such a great service is very rare. We had a very relaxing week. The house is located a little outside in a quiet location. No tourism in the near. The whirlpool from the house is great and the sun shines all day while you relax in the whirlpool. Highly recommended!

Very nice and helpful staff. Very nice room and overall location and surroundings are really beautiful! There are some really nice restaurants closeby. It's not really walkable to Oia though in my opinion. The food at the resort itself was a little poor tbh. Overall a great stay!
