The service, the stuff and the food was excelent. Everybody were friendly and helpful. Every evening different programs for the kids. The aquapark is also a really good entertainmwnt for all generations. I hope we can get back somewhen in the future.

The hotel is so nice. Everything is new, stuff is great, breakfast also. And the most important thing the hotel is really clean. I'm usually a freak when it comes to cleaning and 95% of time I'm not really happy with cleanliness of the hotels but for this one I can really say that iz was 10/10.

The resort is beautiful just like on the photos. we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, which was amazing and very clean and had everything we needed, especially since we travelled with a baby. we do however feel that for the price we paid the villa should be cleaned every day, at the least the towels should be changed. we had booked half board and breakfast was really good with lots of choices, dinner was buffet style and without much imagination, especially for the price we paid. The photos of the food variety were very different. On the first night was ‘Greek night’ which was delicious and was served to us but compared to other hotels in this price range dinner option at the buffet were not great. Cocktails were delicious and many varieties. The staff were friendly but one or two were more attentive than others who need better training. The hotel at that level lacks professionalism , it seems a bit too casual. We didnt have a car but feel you need one because going into town took 20 minutes which was fine but walking back was up a steep hill which in the middle of summer might be a bit too hot and tiring.

It is an amazing hotel! The rooms and atmosphere are simply fantastic. The lounge area is great, too, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff and managers were incredibly kind and friendly, with a special shout-out to Ms. Katerina Xrysikopoulou. She was accompanying and assisted us throughout our entire vacation, making it even more special. The hospitality we experienced was top-notch, and we can recommend this place for sure. Without a doubt, we'll be coming back again in the future. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

The owners are kind, friendly and very helpful. Excellent food with many options for vegetarians. Garden around the appartment is beautiful. The location is great - not in the centre, so noise is not an issue, but it takes just 10 minut walk and you can be on the beach or near the city centre.

Concerning the location, the hotel is extremely well situated, which is its strength, 5 minutes from the city centre and all the nightlife. There is also a beach less than 5 minutes away, I advise you to go to the extreme left of the beach because it is the only place where you will not have a rock to enter the water and swim

Everything was nice. The managers are great people, very professional and always available to assist and help if needed. The location near the sea and the city center but very quiet, also great for exploring the area. I higly recomend this place. I would like to thank you Andreas and Janna once again for your hospitality, and of course for the excellent olive oil that I will be happy to consume.

After almost 40 years (my first stay in Chersonissos was iin the eighties) I finally found the perfect place to stay on the boulevard. What a great renovation Dimitris !!! Lovely staff and modern room. What a view on the restaurant and the sea. In the middle of the bar street but did sleep very well.......

✅ Best host Manos! Proactive, friendly and so very helpful from driving us out to the bus stop and helping us with everything. ✅ Place — Beautiful room and balcony, was a pleasant surprise as it was bigger than we expected. Toilet was clean, hot water was working. Extra thanks to the cleaner because she did such a good job everytime she came in. ✅ Location — Definitely a great place to stay if you want a peaceful getaway by the beach. Many food options and minimarts right infront as well. Tip: Catch the sunset by the beach it’s amazing

The perfect place to stay while you are in Crete! Everything is extremely clean and the hotel was newly renovated and everything in the room is new. The owner and the staff are always there to help you, and they are very welcoming and friendly. The welcoming gift was a really nice surprise from their part. Highly recommend this hotel. If we come back to Crete, for sure we'll come back here.
