A very nice place 50 m from the beach so easy for a lovely morningswim. A 15 min nice walk along the beach to the restaurangs in town. Clean nice rooms and so peaceful at the end of the livadibeach. The owners very nice and friendly and surprised Us with care every morning. A perfect place to stay for our first stop in the cyklades. Love to come back.

Nice location. Comfortable and clean. I appreciated the owner talking me through getting to the property, as I was close but just barely missing the gate. The A/C was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was an easy walk to the places I visited. I would love to stay here for several days. It felt like home.

Extremely welcoming upon arrival. We stayed in room 7 which was fantastic with a lovely balcony overlooking the port. Modern minimalist design, spotless, with good quality linen and toiletries. Stylish bar and restaurant on site. Sakis helped make our holiday more enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble.

When you had someone presenting you her offered rooms on site instead of getting some overnight key code while talking to copy-pasted messanges by a nameless online agent? Staff were so warm and welcoming, really friendly. The rooms were fine, plenty of space for us two and nice and clean. I loved the balcony to sit out on in the mornings! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops, literally around the corner. The breakfast was good and tables outside were nice to sit at for a drink before we went out. Highly recommend, I hope we’ll be back!

The best host in my experience with Booking! They suggested me all places to go, helped me with renting scooter and he had time to pick me up from the port and he brought me to the house! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED, best host ever
