We had a lovely room with a sea view balcony. Fantastic breakfast including sautéed mushrooms 🤩. The staff, especially the afternoon-evening office lady exceptional, warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast chef is lovely too. Beautiful pool and close to beaches. We are coming back here. Skiathos too ticks all the boxes for us.

Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, close to many great traditional Greek taverns within 100 metre stroll along the beach and within walking distance to the vibrant town. Bus stop and supermarket across the road.

Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day, including beach towels, which was a very thoughtful detail. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making our vacation truly relaxing. As a couple, we appreciated the comfort and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Excellent apartment with everything you need. The mattresses were the most comfortable I ever slept on while on holiday. The host is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, including by providing us with water bottles, coffee, shampoo, shower gel etc. The place is cleaned very well everyday. The internet is fast and works perfectly. There are three Android tvs with Netflix, Prime etc. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect! The location - so closed to the beach , nice green yard , very helpful stuff , the clean is on high level , the rooms are comfortable. Closed to Skiathos town. I'll return again with pleasure!

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They even thought of leaving a present for me on my birthday in the room!! We had the suite with the separate living room. Was really convenient for a family of 4. Location was really close to the town.

The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds with a nice pool bar and fantastic view over the Megalli Ammos beach. Breakfast was very solid, had many options. The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful throughout. Rooms were cleaned every day, very neat and tidy with solid facilities and the AC was very effective. Location was fantastic, a short walk down the steep hill to Megalli Ammos beach, approximately 20 mins from the hotel to the middle of the town.

There was a good selection of food for breakfast - from fruit and yoghurt to a selection of pastries and a hot buffet. There was plenty to choose from! The location was 15-20 min walk to town which may not suit everyone but we found it very peaceful and the hotel could arrange transport to the town if needed. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive, particularly Eleni & Alex on reception and Julian who would make fantastic cocktails.

Location was fantastic, views were amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating, let us leave bags and shower on check out day as our flights were late at night. Bus stop at bottom of hill and 2 supermarkets to get bits from.

Everyone is very nice. The room is very clean, and the view is great from the common terrace and the room's balcony. The houses are well designed, well equipped, have nice interior, and there are no noises from neighbor rooms either. The location is peaceful, only 20 minutes walk from town center, though there is bus from 3 euros towards center or Koukounaries beach. I only returned in the evenings after exploring the island, but I saw it's also great for families and friends taking rest around the pool.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. Good location, free parking, very good breakfast. The room was very clean, large enough for 3. Maria provide super information about the island and made guud recomendations for beaches, restourants and tavernas. Definitely we recoment this hotel and wish to come back.

Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The apartment is in an easily accessible location, with a supermarket right next to it. The beach is very close to the accommodation. The rooms are extremely clean, cleaned every day. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they treated our children with gifts. I can only recommend the accommodation, we were very satisfied with it.

Very nice location, we especially liked the garden and the 2 pavilions, even if it is a step climb to the location from the street, we knew about it and it's a small price to pay for the tranquility you receive, since it's not next to the main road

We loved our stay at Avaton, the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, the pool area was very well maintained with a member of staff never too far away. Eleni is a Queen! She is superb and the rest of her staff are equally as attentive and helpful, the tips and recommendations they gave us rarely steered us wrong. Food at the hotel is very decent (but big, we shared often) and its in a great location easy to get into town and Achinos beach just at the bottom of the hill.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi which was much appreciated! Everything was amazing(friendly staff, convenient location, delicious breakfast)! Staying in the hotel was indeed a memorable experience!
