So modern, beautifully designed and built to showcase an incredible sunset view. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help. The room was spacious and had every amenity required. Complementary Yoga classes, breakfast and infinity pool were a huge bonus! I would certainly stay here again!

The house is absolutely charming, built in traditional Greek style and equipped with everything you might need (including a washing machine, a small kitchen, and AC in the rooms). From the balcony you get an amazing view of the hills and the ocean. What truly made our stay special was our host, Marianna – she is so sweet, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we had a question or problem. We would definitely stay with her again! The location is peaceful, set in the hills, so we recommend having your own transportation. We rented scooters and it worked perfectly. There’s a small beach within walking distance, and Naoussa, the main town, is only about a 10-minute drive away.

You have to stay here!! This villa exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was huge, much bigger than the pictures make out. It is so beautiful inside and has everything you need for a weeks stay. The location is fantastic, a couple minute walk to the beach and tavernas etc and about a 10 minute walk to piso lividi. The bus stop is also about a 5 min walk away that takes you all across the island. It was the perfect amount of peaceful whilst also being able to get to everything easily. We shared the pool with the other properties but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves most of the time! There are many places to relax and it never felt overcrowded. The owner also is lovely and so helpful, he let us check in early and even gave us a late check out and said we could stay by the pool all day if we wanted to! He was always on hand to give advice on where to go, taxi numbers etc. We were so sad to leave this amazing place, but most certainly will be back!!

Wonderful view, tidy and comfortable house. The closest beach, which was just a 3 minutes walk away was one of the best. The closest city Naousa is beautiful, with lots of good restaurants, nice walking area and lots of life.

Our host George welcomed us sooo warmly with a basket full of local products: a bottle of local wine, a bottle of premium olive oil and some locally produced snacks. He was so helpful and super attentive to our needs. We loved everything about this villa. It is so authentically and traditionally Greek. It is so spacious, super clean, so tastefully decorated. The villa has 3 en-suite spacious bedrooms with the most stunning view of the island and the sea. The villa is serviced daily by very friendly staff. The kitchen is well equipped and the best part is the Nespresso Coffee Machine that is well stocked with the original Nespresso capsules. I highly recommend this villa for the most special experience and stay.

Great location and nice new hotel. Great little pool area and directly across from a beach. 10 min walk from port and centre of Parikia so perfectly situated. Staff were great and friendly would stay here again if visiting Paros

1 bedroom suite was very spacious. Great air conditioning. Separate toilet and shower. Very clean new room, bed excellent, bar fridge. Serviced each day. Beautiful Pool. Excellent helpful staff. Fabulous property, so clean and it’s in an ideal location. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Parikia, it’s also only 10 minutes walk to the port and the bus station. It’s right in front of the beach too. Reception staff and cleaning staff were really friendly and chatty. We had a lovely view of the sunset each evening from our balcony. The pool area was fabulous.

Everything is perfect. Good location, 10 min by car to the port. The establishment is vey nice, clean and the staff is kind and friendly. Even they say there is no breakfast, the snacks from the morning, near the pool is more than enough

This is so cool Botick hotel, good vibe excellent location. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable that I slept on in any place in the world. We even got a bottle of wine to our room from the hotel! The concept of breakfast is excellent near the pool, and there is an espresso machine in each room. We will be back for sure :)

This villa was perfect. It is one of a small number of villas in a quiet location about 10 minutes drive from Golden Beach and 25 minutes from Naoussa. There is a large shared pool from which there is a beautiful view of the sea. The villa itself is clean and tastefully decorated. Both the main bedroom and the second bedroom are downstairs with the bathroom. Kitchen and sitting area are upstairs. The pool area is conveniently accessible from both floors. The house is extremely comfortable and relaxing. We loved it!
