This is a perfect hotel for holidays : very clean, call and rooms are very comfortable. The staff is amazing and the sevice is exceptional as well. .They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the bus stop and Troulos beach, there is also a grocery store near by. Chrisa was so helpful and made our check in and check out very smooth. The villa is gorgeous with all the amenities needed plus great little extras, we arrived with some treats in the fridge. The beds were so comfy and the air con kept us nice and cool on one of the hottest days of the year in Skiathos. Chrisa arranged our airport taxis and taxis on to our next stay. We would come back in a heartbeat, thank you to Chrisa and team for being so accommodating and making our stay a special one.

I was very pleased with this property. It was brand new and everything was clean and spotless. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Bathroom was 10/10 and the balcony view was amazing. Definitely worth the price. Very happy

Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day, including beach towels, which was a very thoughtful detail. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making our vacation truly relaxing. As a couple, we appreciated the comfort and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Wow! The welcome we received was warm and friendly. The location for us was ideal , near a shop, great gyros cafe, the beach, the buses! The property was beautifully maintained, super clean. All staff were beyond brilliant! 🤩 And Martha’s cocktails 👌🏻

The hotel is family run and everyone couldn't be more accommodating. Excellent breakfast and location, being a very short walk from a beautiful beach and the bus to town stopping right outside the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants and taverna's close by.

We loved it here ❤️ Perfect location, spotlessly clean, stress free, fully relaxed and so pretty.. It was exactly what we needed and better than expected. Great family run, organised perfectly but with a relaxed atmosphere. Great fresh food. Amazing apartment clean, spacious apartment. Thank you we will be back!!

Everything was perfect! Chrisa was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the useful information and recommending places to visit. The apartment was spotless, with a huge terrace and balcony. The location is very convenient, situated along the bus route for easy access to the town and Koukounaries Beach. We even walked to Elias Beach, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes through a beautiful pine forest and mountains. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back!

Everything was absolutely fine. We had a wonderful time in this lovely accommodation. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The host Vasilis was very very friendly, sympathetic and hospitable and we felt very much welcome. Vasilis was always in contact with us and gave us great tips. The location of the accommodation was perfect, only 3 minutes walk away. There are some good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The hosts! Luliana and her son Foris are the most lovely people who could not do enough for us. The apartment in the Villa was so peaceful in beautiful well kept grounds. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is ideal , close to bus stop 18 and within walking distance of the local beach which is stunning.
