Iva is the heart of the place. She leads the place with so much enthusiasm and love. The villa is beautiful and historical, so take that into consideration when booking. I requested an iron, and Iva allowed us to use the one in their laundry room. The location is excellent, merely 4 min walk to the marina/riva, 1 min walk to Lidl and DM. Less than 5 min beautiful walk to Čikat bay. Iva was gracious enough to recommend the restaurant to us, and we had amazing experiences there as well. Pool was a great bonus to wind down in the evenings.

The host is simply exceptional: attentive to every detail, greeted the family upon arrival and prepared drinks for all, explained everything and showed around, the room was great, the breakfast was excellent, private parking for bycicles was available. Even allowed to leave the baggage at the apartment after checkout. I would only hope to meet such hosts every time. We just hope there will still be some room available later this year to be able to come back.

We were absolutely thrilled with this apartment! Everything is brand new and beautifully designed. The furnishings are top-notch, and the pool is a fantastic bonus. There's even a warm outdoor shower, which we loved. One of the highlights is the outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill — perfect for relaxed meals outside. The area is peaceful and quiet, giving you the feeling of complete privacy and tranquility. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. We traveled with a baby and were provided with a crib, which was a big help. On arrival, we ordered breakfast to the apartment — it was delicious and a wonderful way to start our holiday. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Nikola, a kind and helpful host who gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how everything works (like the pool and sunshade). We’re already looking forward to coming back! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat.

Great property, all brand new and extremely clean, super comfy with everything you could possibly need. Set in the centre of town, with everything you need within a few minutes walk (shops, bars, restaurants etc) we were without a car but explored the beautiful island on foot. Highly recommend staying here, upstairs there’s also a lovely roof terrace to relax on in the evenings, with great views. Host was also super friendly and helpful making recommendations, and helping with luggage storage. If you get the chance definitely stay here!

It was the best location for us: close to the beach, where we could go for nice walks with our dog, but also not too far from the center. It’s a nice little studio equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It has a balcony that is mostly in the shadow so it was really great to have breakfasts there.

- Loreta is very kind host - Everything was clean - Mosquito net in the window - Good A/C - Terrace to sit and dry your wet beach towels etc. - Great location near city centre and grocery stores. Also closer to the side of the island with nicer beaches Location: - Very much dog friendly destination - Beautiful beaches reachable on foot - The city is average but the centre is nice with many restaurants and reasonable prices.

Good location, near a small beach and a quiet area to spend your holiday. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. It is clean, and has parking lots in the yard. There are a few restaurants and a market near, at a 5 minute walking distance. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent location, close to bakery, grocery shop, bar and beach also. Quite close to city center too. The house is from the 90, but the apartment is freshly renovated. It’s spacious and well equipped.

The apartment is really nice and clean. The host is so friendly, she came to check on us few times (but she wasn't intruding). The location of the apartment is very good. It is really close to the beach and the city center (both is in walking distance). I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location, supermarket is in the next door, city center in a couple of minutes walking distance. Hosts are very friendly, kind and helpful. The host lady, Teja makes the place as if you just visited your beloved aunt. We definitely will return to this place.
