Everything was more than perfect. The staff goes beyond all wishes. Perfection and an eye to detail. We went to the gym, took the bike, played tennis, kayak and snorkelling- all for free. It was the first time in 3 weeks during our trip through 6 countries that we felt comfortable and like we are on a vacation. The garbage in Bali, Nusa penida and Lombok was very disturbing for us and we were mentally very sad and exhausted from our trip. This hotel made us forget everything. We extended our stay. The facility is stunning and it’s like you are in your own happy bubble.

Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom have hot water and are tastefully furnished, all brand new, with a beautiful window overlooking the nearby rice fields where you can enjoy a stunning sunset. The room is well ventilated, which was greatly appreciated! The location is very convenient, right along the main road. However, since the room is set back from the entrance, I personally didn’t notice much noise from passing vehicles. At night, it’s completely quiet. Outside the room, there’s also a wooden balcony with a romantic view of the sunset. Next to the room, there’s a common area with cozy sofas and a wooden table where you can relax, plus a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the roselle tea was a nice touch! Truly one of the nicest and best-value accommodations I’ve found during these three months in Indonesia! The owners are very kind and welcoming. Fernando gave excellent advice on what to see nearby and who to contact for a reasonably priced Rinjani trek, including the best route to take.

We've had a wonderful stay in Puri Samaira. Accoo has been extremely helpful and friendly. He's always been very attentive and supportive with whatever we've needed. He added us to whatsapp and this has been a very effective channel to communicate. He brought us food to the room, arranged an excursion to Gili islands, rented scooter and drove us to the airport, among others. The place is clean and confortable, with an amazing swimming pool with waterfall. Nearby, there are a couple of beach bar/restaurants to enjoy the sunset at the beach and spend a very good time: Yomancafé (so tasty fish!) and Sira beach bar, both with wonderful music and chill environment.

From the moment we arrived at The Lombok Lodge, we knew we were somewhere truly special. Every detail, from the serene setting to the impeccable service, made our stay nothing short of extraordinary. The Lodge is a sanctuary of calm and elegance – faultless in every way. Dining at the Lodge was fabulous. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, blending bold local flavors with refined international touches. Dining here felt like a special event every single time, especially by the pool in candlelight. We had to dine in the restaurant one evening as it was pouring with rain but that wasn’t a disappointment as the setting is still lovely. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Impeccable service doesn’t begin to describe it – every need was anticipated, every request met with a smile, and always with genuine care. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private boat trip to the Bagno Di Gili. A day in paradise, surrounded by turquoise waters, with a leisurely lunch served in utter seclusion and style – it was pure bliss. An unforgettable experience. Loved that you can find your own little space - we loved a sundowner on the deckchairs by the pier… and breakfast at the table at the level looking directly out to sea was just incredible. We loved every single minute of our time at The Lombok Lodge. It was more than a holiday – it was a memory we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to return.

Location was exceptional. Cleanliness excellent. Pool and restaurants/bar are just perfect. Facilities modern clean and beautiful interior design. Management of this property take care of their staff and it shows in the staffs kindness and happy demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great location if you like it quiet, nice and helpful staff, amazing housekeeping, complimentary coconuts :) The drive isn’t as bad as it sounds, it’s long but the streets are good.

beautiful breakfast at beach location with breeze from the sea and a wonderful pool to swim my daily laps in and walking access to reef for snorkeling all day long complimentary bicycles made it fun to explore the village near by and neighbouring resorts

The staff is so helpfull and quick respon when we have problem in villa. The location is good, in the Tanjung city, near bangsal harbour that can connect you to 3 Gili and Bali. It’s also near zoo, golf club, and Sire beach. Floating breakfast service is also good .

Late checked in after Rinjani trekking. Enjoyed dinner for local taste in good restaurant and breakfast was great too. Cozy bungalow with big bath tub. Nice place to stay with it where garden and pool look fantastic. Thanks to Ori who was helping us for booking ferry tickets to Bali.

The host family were welcoming, helpful with advice and interesting to talk to. The rooms were comfortable with a very nice hot shower in the adjoining bathroom. The food served was good. The location has a pleasant beach with a couple of local warungs nearby. It was also handy to the public ferry to Gili Air as suited our purpose.

Great location, very nice and comfortable bungalow facing the sea. The staff was very helpful to organise scooter, massage and transfer to Gili. They also give good advises to visit the surroundings. Beautiful sunset, nice beach and pool. This is a small resort with a feeling of privacy. Close to resort, 5 minutes walk by the beach, there are several simple restaurants with local food with as also a great sunset.
