Our room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. Each morning started with a generous breakfast buffet offering something for everyone. The spa treatments were a dream — the massage and facial left me feeling completely renewed. And the attention to detail? Exceptional. From arranging smooth transfers from the ferry to packing us fresh breakfast sandwiches for our journey — every little touch made a big difference. CLEAN ROOM - I went there for my honeymoon. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. All the amenities provided were sufficient and in excellent condition. I could not find any flaws in your facilities. The size of the seaview villa was spacious! The lawn was huge and the bathroom was the star of the show. The open-sky concept of the bath tub was indeed special one. You could dip in your warm bath literally under the cool night stars. GREAT ENVIRONMENT - The ambient was quiet and perfect for couple getaway. Don't worry, you would have the entire villa to yourself, so you won't be distracted by other guests. The staff there were super friendly and helpful in fulfilling your requests. The view was 100/100! ACTIVITES - There were many complimentary activities for the guests. You can swim in the pool, play games or kayaking in the beautiful sea. We even booked a snorkeling trip to a nearby kelong through the hotel. Don't worry, the transportation to and fro would be handled by them! DINNER - We went to a nearby kelong for our dinner, the Kelong Elly. But you can have your dinner at the cafe in Sadi, the food looked good too! BREAKFAST - The selection for breakfast was vast. You have ample of choices of food to choose from. From local dishes to western English breakfast. You will be provided with complimentary English breakfast and single ala-carte meal to choose from. Just look at the photo and decide for yourself. The foods were out of this world!

We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

I like that it was very quiet, without many people and no street noise/ parties etc So it’s great if you’re looking for a place to fully chill and relax! The staff was exceptional, very attentive and super nice from the moment we arrived! Let us change the room to a better one easily, and always greeted us with a smile! Great post-stay help from the manager Icon, who went all out to make sure little transport hiccup was solved immediately!
