The manager Grace went out of her way to make me welcome and comfortable.
Comfortable quiet room, lovely hot shower, great location.
Even a drying room for my wet motorcycling clothes.

The location is wonderful and the hospitality priceless. grace and her dog charley and the other staff members made our stay unforgettable. We had our stay planned here for a night. Lisa responded quickly all our question after the booking and was great to chat upon reaching, very nice with an overall arrangement and guiding us for the places around. The location is also great, not far from the main road but in the quiet area and the food for breakfast was delicious.

Everything! Location is perfect, the house is big enough and very clean, decorated up to excellent standards. Hot tub a bonus. Hosts superb. Had a fantastic weekend with a group of friends. Beds very comfy…I so so highly recommend!
Not forgetting the well equipped bar! All we had to do was to bring our own drinks.
What a weekend!

Absolutely fantastic house and location for our family. Father, Mother, Daughter, Son in Law and two grandchildren. We were spending New Year with family in Abbeyfeale and this home from home was a perfect base for our stay. Fantastic communication from booking to checking out and we will definitely be booking again.

I liked location of hotel...staff were lovely and friendly and hotel was very clean...breakfast was very good...very nice hotel...would stay there again...just pity about the noise

Overall Facilities excellent, rooms beautifully designed and same as online photos , location great for food and shops, had a fantastic weekend and everything provided for a party atmosphere. Would recommend

The location of the hotel was good although our room was at the front of the hotel and the road noise was quite loud. Having said that we did have the window open. The staff were all smiles and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with large window. Very nice fully tiled ensuite with large shower. Great breakfast menu with lots of options. Beautiful house with lovely garden and room to park. Quiet location.

Breakfast was very tasty and everything freshly cooked 😋 Location at the top of the hill outside town. Lovely walk down and pleasant walk back after eating out.

Perfect B&B with comfortable bed, clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. The owner was very considerate too. Great location just outside Abbeyfeale. Would definitely recommend.

The contact with the host as Lisa responded very quickly to my question after the booking and was great to chat with after we arrived. the location is also great, not far from the main road but in the quiet area and the food for breakfast was great, even my grumpy dad ate and did not complain 🤗
