Lovely big room and free parking. The hotel is right in the middle of the bazaar. A superb location. Good breakfast too.

The location of the hotel was very good, the staff of the hotel, especially the reception, were excellent. Our room was big and clean, the hotel breakfast was excellent with a view of the city
But the hotel's cooling system was not working well, we informed the reception several times, but they did not fix it, of course, it was also due to the nationwide power outage. The hotel is not very new, the interior design is old, I did not like the painting inside the halls

Location is perfect, staff was really friendly and professional especially Ms. Kizhan who helped us during our stay and was cooperative and contacting us even before we reach the hotel to meet our demands.

The staff is very friendly and the location is great with nice mountain and sunset views. Also, the breakfast was very nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good with many options.

GM is the best hotel in Suli. It's location is perfect to go around the city and perfect to start your planned journey in all of Sulaimani.
The price is relatively high but it can be dealt with if you want maximum comfort and a thorough experience.

Food available at the Copthorne is top of the line. Furthermore, it is located close to many important locations, and yet far enough from traffic to be quiet at night time. Gullan, Suhaib, and all the staff were helpful and courteous.

Everything is great: location, view, facilities, breakfast, personnel. Friendly and professional staff. Efficient reception and car valet group. Wonderful Egyptian chef- baker at the breakfast restaurant with very tasty desserts. The chef in charge of eggs is very good. Generally, as ever, a nice and relaxing stay.

Friendly staff at reception. Very cooperative staff at concierge especially Suhaib. Clean rooms, free upgrade, nice location, very rich intercontinental breakfast, italian and Japanese Restaurant was nice for late lunch/early dinner.
