Nice and quiet location, lovely view over the valley, cozy room nicely and well thought furnished, comfy beds; exceptionally good breakfast!! including high quality homemade goodies. Nice lunch packets available as well.
A real highlight for us were also the informative talks with Abba and her husband about local life.
This place was our absolute favorite on the island and Abba is just a wonderful host!!!

Great location. Comfortable beds, unlimited geothermal heating. The washing machine was super useful to freshen up our used socks and other clothes. Self check in. Self check out late, at 12. Everything was spotless clean. Very well equipped kitchen, including an oven.

Situated in a peaceful location outside the village of Laugar. It is a self contained lodge at the rear of the owner's house. It is on the edge of a field, with views from the veranda. Well equipped with outside seating under cover. Able to watch the local bird life feeding in the field whilst having refreshments outside ine evening.

Very warm welcome from owners; and heartily breakfast available in the morning. Panoramic location, wonderful common room with a gorgeous view. Outside terrace and warm pool available for guests (with naturally warm water flowing then into the river, where there is salmon!). Very comfortable bed, parking just outside the gh. 4 rooms only; sink available in the room, made it easy to brush teeth/get ready in the morning.

The location is great to explore the area and the cottage is cute and cosy, and located in an amazing surrounding with a beautiful view in the middle of the nature. It was also very well organized for check in and check out with a lot of informations.

Lovely property very cosy and warm. The surrounding areas are beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring. We made use of the cooking facilities for the week this was really handy. Perfect location for exploring the north.

The apartment had everything we needed: the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the location is quiet.
There were some cute birds outside ❤️
Unfortunately we didn’t had time to use the free access to the pool nearby :(
The location is very close to the Godafoss waterfall (15 minutes by car) and Myatvn (30 min by car)

Loved everything. The location, a fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub, it was really warm and cozy. We also got lucky with the northern lights.
Cannot imagine anything better and for a really reasonable price.

It is one of the most comfortable places in Iceland that I've stayed, such a lovely apartment. Really lovely bed, great shower and great facilities including the Hot tub. That's why it's been my second time back here. Such a great location as well.

Really nice, clean and cozy cottage with well equipped kitchen. The private hot tub which is heated with geothermal hot water was super nice and relaxing. Location is remote, but in good distance to several sights like Godafoss, Myvatn lake and natur bath and many more.

A small guesthouse but in a wonderful location and super comfortable!!! We loved the cosines of the house and all of the surroundings 😍 Our host was super nice and we had a really pleasant stay. Everything was comfortable, clean and perfect!!

Lovely home, very cozy and well equipped.
At the reception you are showed the shared kitchen and a living room where you have tea and coffee and homemade biscuits all the time.
You have a fridge and a freezer to use.
Hosts are very friendly and kind.
The location for us was perfect too.
