We had an excellent stay at CHD Rooms! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: within walking distance to many attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful, assisting with a late check-in, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Very easy access to the building. Everything is very good explained. They were flexible with the check in. times . The room looked fantastic, very spacious and clean. There is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook yourself but you should rather enjoy their restaurant which has great food . The staff is exceptional, really nice and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host is extremely friendly and helpful. Due to the November 2024 floods, he postponed our reservation for free, for which we are extremely grateful. The apartment is spacious, with a new bathroom, the apartment is very clean, and is located in an exceptional location in the city center. Everything was perfect.

Very well organized check-in process and a lovely host who was very helpful and polite, and responded to our phone call when we were lost. Big and comfortable room for two people, very clean and spotless, modern bathroom, walls were decently sound proof, and lots of extra pillows, comforters, snacks. Location is a short walk to the historic centre. Pretty good options for street parking in the surrounding streets. Breakfast is self serve (coffee was delicious, breakfast snacks were only okay but it's not a dealbreaker). It's located on the ground floor which is a helpful tip for elders / seniors.

We got stranded in Ancona after a ferry delay and booked a room last minute and quite late. Marika welcomed us warmly and we felt home right away. The location is beautiful: amazing garden, a beautiful house with spacious rooms and big areas to hang out. Next time we’ll bring our family and friends!

The breakfast, although nothing fancy, was really ok - although more vegetables or salads could be given. The location is very convenient - close to the city center. There are also supermarkets nearby and a lot of public transport possibilities just 2 min walk The room was very clean and neat - I liked this a lot. The furniture were also modern and not damaged. The staff was helpful and communicative. Beds were comofrtable All in all I really enjoyed my stay

The room was beautiful. My young twins and I loved it so much! The breakfast was ready early in the morning before we went out and the hosts were extremely kind and friendly. The best thing is the location, the B&B is right in the city center so we walked everywhere!

The kitchen is well equipped so it was convenient to cook. The location is near the bus stop, there is a good connection to the train station and the city center. You can walk to the center in 10-15 minutes.

Very comfortable and convenient for a family, well equipped. The location is perfect in the city centre, if you are going with the car at the beginning is difficult to find the place and parking (busy area), but thanks to the host we managed to do it great! Close to rail and bus station. (Less then 5mins walk) 20-30mins walking to downtown depends how fast you walk :) I prefer staying away from crowded areas. So location is good. Very spacious (perfect for staying for long vacation), compared same price in downtown for less than half size this place is huge. Some ppl complaint about shower. Read the instructions on top of washing machine plentty of hot water and very good pressure. Never used washing machine but it looks like new

Palazzo Marchetti is perfect in every sense. It is at amazing location, close to the city center, restaurants, bars and public transport. Apartment is spacious and equipped with all amenities. It is definition of cleanliness. Above all communication with the host was smooth, fast and pleasant. Additionally, during the stay we have received clean towels nicely packed with gorgeous flowers. We have felt very special and loved. Would recommend to anybody with a full heart.

We now know we should definitely have stayed for longer as Ancona is such a beautiful area and well worthy of more time. A perfect place to stay, in the Old town, just 5 minutes walking (on a mild slope) from the bus stop. A local supermarket nearby, a bakery at the front door. Up to 20 minutes to the station over the hill ( 3 minutes by bus1/4). All highlights within walking distance, even Il Passetto ( 25-30 minutes). If this place is available, just book it ....
