The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

Perfect location, direct in the heart of Bolzano’s wonderful city center. Mochi Restaurant & Bar - just an amazing experience - food delicious, drinks very well matched. Staff is very friendly & you feel that they individually care about you. Rooms are well equipped, very comfortable & designful with a great view. Breakfast you can enjoy on the astonishing roof top terrace, guaranteeing a perfect start into a new day. A rich variety of local specialties, healthy options & international food signatures. I enjoyed my stay at this property due to its excellent location, just a short walk to Bolzano's city center, or accessible via the bus stop right outside. The convenience of having a garage was a bonus, making parking hassle-free, and it was connected directly to the flat by an elevator.

The house is in a great location with lots of green trees and very calming. We mostly eat outside, but if you need to cooke the house is very well equipped. The city center can be reached very easily with the public transportation, which is fast and very clean. The tourist card included pretty much everything, busses, trains, cable car within the region, saved us a lot of money. The host is very understanding and willing to help.

The team at B&B Hotel Dolomiti was one of the kindest and most welcoming I've ever met. Mr. Moreno and Mrs. Antonietta were helpful in answering my questions about the city. The breakfast was nice. The location was useful for me, as I could reach the city center in just a few minutes, and Bolzano's bus system is very efficient.

The Pepper lounge is the best location ever. The staff was amazing and nice. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Clean, great bedrooms and bed is so comfortable. The small kitchen has everything we needed and is always a good idea to have this kind of accommodation with kids. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

The location is amazing, in a pedestrian area in the city centre, 2 minutes walking from piazza Walther. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. They have a restaurant / cafe downstairs with a great outdoor seating area.

Location was excellent. Just a short walk from the train station and the city center. It was relatively quiet. The beds were comfortable. While we didn't use the facilities, the shared kitchenette is a good plus point. Communication with the host was very smooth; host was very responsive with prompt replies. The host was also kind enough to store my luggage when I arrived earlier than the check-in time.
