A spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean 2-bedroom apartment with a large terrace overlooking a peaceful pedestrian street. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchen well-equipped, and there was plenty of storage. Everything in the apartment is new and renovated. Beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast vouchers for two nearby cafes—Tropical Bar and Liberomia quickly became our go-to, also for coffee later in the day. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and our stay was made very easy. We are very thankful and we hope to return soon to Abruzzo!

A huge apartment in an area full of new villas. Almost all the rooms had balconies where we’ve enjoyed the sunset and shared a few glasses of wine. Plenty of space to share with our friends. On-premises parking spaces, which is a big plus. Very clean and modern. The host met us and offered us all the necessary information and was very polite.

To be honest, there quite literally was nothing to not like. When I arrived, the owner came to meet me and since I don't speak any Italian he also had his sister come and help with the translation if needed. So from the start I felt really taken care of and the place was amazing, I had the room with the private balcony and bathroom. The place was really clean, breakfast was offered every morning, even when I asked the owner if there was a possibility to iron my clothes, I received a message an hour later that they left me everything for ironing behind the door. They were really caring and sweet and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

Beautiful building and excellent facilities in apartment. Great central location but very peaceful. Gianfranco was very helpful and friendly and his recommendation of Trattoria Due Gemelli was fantastic- delicious food. Highly recommend staying here..
