Spotless, spacious and excellent location with dedicated parking (& room to store bikes!). Our hosts were exceptional- responsive and hugely helpful (in contrast to other places we have stayed who respond quickly but are inflexible). Francesco even took a lot of effort to help us with a tricky problem relating to the next stage of our travels, which he really didn’t have to do. Lovely people!! Perfect local cafe for coffee & cake around the corner along with one of Palermo’s best restaurants. Supermarket and beach c200m away with lovely wander along the front. Despite excellent situation close to facilities, property has only three apartments and is therefore very quiet and separated from busy areas. Easy access to bus into Palermo.

Villa Olimpia is a beautiful villa in an excellent location directly on the beach of Mondello. It is very personalised and you immediately feel at home. The rooms are lovingly furnished and we had a balcony with a wonderful sea view. The breakfast was excellent and we could choose what we wanted. I've already stayed there once this year and was very happy to return, it won't be the last time. The service is very good and personal, all our wishes were fulfilled. Thank you very much for the lovely stay and see you soon.

Our stay in Mondelo was fantastic! The apartment was in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Its location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach and conveniently close to a lovely bakery. I would give this place 11/10 if I could. HIGHLY recommend this place. Edi did everything perfectly he was an absolute Gem. He was so kind that he came to collect us from the station after we had trouble with our car rental and even dropped us there when going home too. The place has everything you'll need, so clean, homely and smells lovely too. Walking distance to the sea. If you don’t like walking he has 2 e-scooters available for FREE. Edi was prompt to reply to any questions and he is so generous with the recommendations for Mondello-he even gave recommendations for when we were in Palermo! He was the perfect host who evidently loves making his guests happy and make sure a great experience of his city. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. It was 11/10. Grazie Millie!

Our trip to Mondello was incredible - mostly thanks to Roberta. She is an absolutely exceptional host! She comes to greet you at the gate when you arrive, provides you with all the information on what to do and where to go in Mondello and Palermo. She makes her own cakes every. single. day. which are DELICIOUS and available all day to snack on. That’s a huge perk when you’re traveling, especially with kids. The breakfasts are fantastic and Roberta just does whatever she can to make your stay perfect. She lent us a stroller, which ended up being a lifesaver, made us reservations, and overall saved the day a number of times. The rooms are spotless, your room is cleaned every day and there’s a garden outside for kids to play in. Also, it’s about a 2-min walk from the beach, which is so convenient! Overall, we highly recommend a stay here :)
