I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel. The whole experience—from the tranquil spa area, soothing massage, to the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful relaxation zones—was exactly what I needed to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable. Very comfortable, good service, delicious and abundant food. Would definitely suggest going for the half board to enjoy the dinner service as well! It was great to have the thermal pools also in a very beautiful location just a quick walk from the train station.

The owners are very kind, they took care to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is very beautiful, it gives you the feeling of home, and the room was much bigger than we expected. Breakfast was good, tipically italian. We especially loved our very friendly host Tatiana, whom we had a hard time parting with the next morning. Also her boy who was the one who waited for us at check-in and helped us to settle in very comfortably. We felt like entering in a big familly and we will return here with love.

We had a lovely room, the pool and grounds were delightful, and the breakfasts were great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect to visit nearby tourist attractions, such as Venice or Mantua. I forgot my wallet at the hotel, and it was returned to me by post, with all the content intact, including cash. I was most impressed with the staff and service in general. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Large green territory, location in a quiet place away from noisy roads. Swimming pools and whirlpools make a combination of joy, swimming, exercise and healing water treatment. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive, quality of food service and how it was organised exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to the receptionist Eugenia for her attention and providing helpful information during our stay and thanks to all hotel staff for such a wonderful week of family vacation. It will always be a pleasure to be back.

What did we like....? Simply EVERYTHING. People were excellent, kind, helpful & friendly! Facilities utterly superb! Breakfast selection, quantity and quality - first class! Location was easily accessible. Loads of parking. Nice clientele. Couldnt fault it at all, just wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was clean, comfortable, modern and beautiful. The location is quiet and very close to the train station. The staff were very friendly, competent and helpful. The food was AMAZING! The Fango (mud) therapy and the spa and massages were great. I totally recommend it and hope I can visit again myself.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location of the hotel was superb, as were the thermal pools. The general ambience of the hotel was relaxing and cosy yet elegant and tasteful. The staff contributed to this greatly.
