Size of the room. There is AC. Room and shared area (kitchen and living room) are clean. Breakfast was well prepared and host baked delicious pies and small bites for breakfast. Can use kitchen to cook lunch and dinner as it is well equipped with cutlery, utensils and pots/pans. The accommodation is a semi basement so it is cool inside even when it is quite warm outside. It is peaceful and quiet. Host is friendly and helpful, very accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage and picked up 1-2 hours later. Happy about that.

This accommodation was gorgeous, right in the middle of the countryside with a beautiful view but easily within reach of a town. We specifically wanted to visit the Vatican, Claudio was so kind and organised for us to have a tour with his friend and that was fantastic, so thank you so much. The train journey into the Vatican was also very simple, low cost and quick which was brilliant. Lovely breakfast too :)

The house was amazing. All things work great. House is very spacious and a beautiful garden with turtles and bunnies which makes it more special.. Daniele always had great communication for any things. The house is very close to the beach. Me, my husband and my daughter 2 years old had a lot of fun in this house. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—always available to answer questions and made sure we felt right at home. The location is great, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away, and a supermarket, a pizzeria, a playground and small shops nearby for all the essentials. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with large, airy rooms that made our stay very relaxing. AC worked well. The highlight for us was the huge terrace—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or relaxing in the evening with a drink. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again!
