My husband and I stayed here for our 21st anniversary. I can’t say enough FANTASTIC things about this hotel!!! It’s BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN!!! The staff are INCREDIBLE!!! I had a little mishap in which I had to go to the hospital. The staff arranged everything. They called my insurance company for me so that I could let them know what was happening then they called the hospital and made a reservation for me so after arriving by taxi the hospital were expecting me. (That was a pleasant experience in itself) The staff called the hospital the next morning to make sure I received everything I needed for my insurance company. I also found for a 4 star hotel that it was very reasonably priced. I would stay here in a heartbeat again and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here as well! It’s also right next to great shopping, a great food court and of course the train, plus most tours meet right at this station.

Apartment was very spacious even though it was only 3 of us but can accommodate a few more. Very clean. Smooth check in as instructions was very clear. The apartment was close to everything which made it easy for us to explore.

The property has a brilliant location. It’s just on the outskirts of the Hondori covered shopping mall and entertainment district, so it’s quiet. The electric streetcar and subway stations are a short walk away. The Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Dome are also an easy walk away. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple, family or two couples. It does sleep 6ppl and there are amenities to cater for 6 ppl. The wet area (shower/bath) was exceptional and also doubles as a clothes drying room - so we were able to wash and dry our clothes with ease. Communication with the host was excellent! The instructions were clear and timely. If we were to ever visit this amazing city again, we would stay here again.

This was a surprisingly excellent good find. We booked a 2-bedrooms family suite for 4 of us. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We have a big sitting area for chit chat time. There is a kitchen with utensils. There is a washing machine. Everything we need. And it is so near to the Peace Park (within 10 min walk). The parking (coin-operated) is just opposite. It is like staying in a rented apartment. Excellent and I strongly highly recommend

Perfect place to stay and visit on foot the crucial sites which are nearby. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They proposed to keep our luggage until we check-in. We hadn't even ask for that. Awesome. Beautiful view from the restaurant on the 14th floor. Very good breakfast both traditional japanese and european, too. Definitely to recommend.

Great location in easy walking distance from the main station but also downtown. We had one of the cheaper rooms. It was very clean and personal was great. The room felt a bit dark due to its location/view, small window and interior design. The bathroom was a standard wet room unit, which was fine, but requires some getting used to. We ordered massage (clothed) to the room, which was good.

Beautiful view of the river, great breakfast, the location was very easy to get to and from. Sukkien park is about a 10 minute walk, the main strain station is about 15 minutes. Downtown shopping strip about 15-20. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space and great bathroom facilities.

The location is remoted but not too far from the city center just be aware that you need either a taxi a car or a bus ride to get there. The house is great, true japanese country house. Also the owner is a very nice guy he did call 2 taxis for us on the day of the check out because we were travelling with big luggages, he was even ready to drive us to the station himself if he couldn't find any.

Prime location, forensically clean, cheerful and helpful staff. Large room, modern aesthetic, great rooftop bar. The restaurant downstairs was top class. Checking in and out was a breeze. The Knot is the ideal place to stay in Hiroshima.

Large and comfortable room! Amazing location to walk to the A-bomb dome and Peace Park/Museum. We had a lovely stay at The Knot. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

Location is pretty much perfect. Peace memorial park is right around the corner and city center is within walking distance, too. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, responded quickly and was helpful for my inquiries.

Really lovely place to stay in Hiroshima, Japanese style rooms, shared bathrooms but clean with hot water! Shared kitchen with everything you need, luggage room available. Good location for memorial park etc.
