Stayed here overnight in March this year. The place is clean, spacious and comes with basic utensils in the kitchen. The checkin was smooth and we had a pleasant stay here. The place is at a walkable distance from KIX airport. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Airport Osaka was truly memorable because of the owners’ kindness and hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always accommodating and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most was how they personally drove us to places we wanted to go, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel at home, even though we were far away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — not just for the comfort, but especially for the wonderful people who run it.

Location is great especially when we have an early flight. The hotel provide free shuttle to Kansai airport and the ride is only 15-20 mins. Also, the premium outlet is just 15 mins walk from the hotel and there are 2 Lawson nearby ,,, excellent !

A nice and cheap place to stay if you have to take a plane early in the morning or if you arrive in osaka airport in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here just for one night as we needed to be close by to the airport for the following morning. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk from the train station that takes you to the airport. The beds where comfy and the room and shared bathroom was clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

Great location next to the Nishikinohama Station (2 minutes walking). The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel provides the scale (30 kg) to check the weight of the luggage. The Lawson convenient store was very close to the hotel and Nishikinohama Station.

The staff was very helpful, regardless of that they spoke little english, they vere patient helped me out perfectly. The onsen in the hotel and the spa was clean and cosy. There is a smaller train stop next to the hotel, where you can reach the city centre with some changes.

Great amenities which include a full gym, onsen, free parking. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Great staff. The attention to detail of what a guest would need in the room (plenty of toiletries, types of soap, hairdryer, drinking water from the tap and bottled water to name a few). Very worth it for the price we paid. Location is near the airport which was great for a late flight in, we accessed it via car but not sure how easy it would be to get to if via public transport

The location of the hotel is great and can say it is perfect since it was so near to the train station (just a couple of minutes walk away). We manage to catch the earliest train and reach Kansai International Airport at 5:58 AM. The facilities were also great, the public bath was open for almost 24 hours and I even went to take a hot dip as early as 4 AM in the morning. The check-in and out process is very simple and can even pay on the spot. Microwave is provided in the lobby and they even provide you chopsticks if you don't have any.
