Clean and good room with all the facilities you could need. Location is close to the station. An extra and welcome bonus is the fact that staying at this hotel lets you freely eat curry there, which was quite tasty. For those who can read Japanese, the hotel boasts a manga collection to read too.

This accommodation is located just a short walk from Kokura Station, right in the heart of Kitakyushu’s main attractions. You can easily reach almost every popular spot on foot. The room is spacious and affordable, offering three separate beds, which is something you rarely find in Japan. Honestly, I almost don’t want to share this review—because if more people discover this place, the price might go up by the time I book my next trip! It’s that good. I’ve stayed here every time I visit Kitakyushu, and my travel companions have all been extremely satisfied as well. Last year, they offered free luggage storage, but this year it’s been replaced with coin lockers. The coin lockers at ChaCha Town are quite small and may not fit large checked luggage. So if you want to store your bags after checkout, I recommend using the coin lockers at the hotel or Kokura Station. The lockers at the hotel are spacious, accept card payments, and allow you to set your own password—just make sure to write down the password you set! Overall, this place continues to be my top choice whenever I visit Kitakyushu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

The location of the hotel was very good in the case that you are planning to take early shinkansen on the next day or so. The staff and check-in/check-out system were also nice. All is done with machines. The rooms we had were really clean and comfy. If you have travelled around in Japan, you will also know that the room size is very common there, so it is acceptable for us.

The staff are very efficient and helpful Location is very good as it is within walking distance to Kokura JR station, monorail and other amenities. The breakfast is very delicious and good range of food The hotel staff including the trainee staffs are very helpful and specially allowed me to check in half an hour before 3pm check-in time.

I loved the location! Tobata is such a nice neigbourhood. Not touristy at all, you get a real insight into japnese life. Especially with the hosts and the facitilties. The family was sooo nice and help with everything immediately. The hospitality was exeptional!!!
