Amazing breakfast with an incredible view. Had a wonderful view from the room and the staff was gracious and professional. Enjoyed massage at the spa which was reasonably priced. Location was excellent - extremely conveniently connected to the train station with access to loads of food and shopping as well as easy access to the airport train. Highly recommend and would stay there again if in Sapporo.

A Fantastic Stay at Sapporo Stream Hotel – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at Sapporo Stream Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Location – The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sapporo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or visit popular attractions, everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is also nearby, which made getting around effortless. Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. Overall Experience – We had an amazing time at Sapporo Stream Hotel. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities made it one of the best stays we’ve had. This is a hotel set up for esports videogamers, but you don't have to be one to stay here. And you should stay here because it is amazing. Everything is brand new & thoughtfully chosen. They have clearly spent a lot of money on the place. It is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. My room had twin beds, private bathroom, kitchenette, huge TV, and its own washing machine. The dryer in the hotel is paid for but not expensive. There is also a racing videogame room set up with powerful PCs & consoles and steering wheels, pedals, etc., and apparently it is free to use; it looked great although I didn't use it myself. So the place is perfect, but at an astonishingly low price. I paid less per night here than I did for capsule hotels elsewhere in Japan, less than sleeping 9 hours in a manga cafe. I think they are new, and not many people are staying here yet, but I hope they are successful because they deserve to be.

The neighborhood has many restaurants, shopping centres, groceries shops,…etc The big balcony to watch the sunset! The very efficient, smiley ladies at the front desk. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job. Clean! Clean. You can borrow some knives, iron, iron board and many more( hair curlers…).

The hotel was in perfect location - near train station if you need one for a trip outside of Sapporo, near key places/city center that you can just walk the Ramen Alley, Susukino Street and the Sapporo Tower. The free snack/bread in the morning, and all day free coffee was excellent and deeply appreciated. The room was spacious enough for the 2beds, for 2 people. I think this is excellent considering usual smaller hotel rooms even for 2, in Japan.

The location was great, close to Susukino shopping districts and many restaurants . Lawson's convenient store was right next to the hotel which was handy. There are laundry available. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Love the hotel coffee mugs they sell, its so cute. perfect to get for memory sake Not that we stayed long in the hotel.. ended up at round one till 5am.. luckily the hotel is very close by so the walk of shame at 5am wasnt so shameful. The owner is very kind. I told him I was planning on skiing at one of the local resorts in the city, and he offered to drive and join me. The place is clean and affordable, so for a guesthouse it hits all the right marks. Its location might seem less ideal than some other areas in the heart of downtown, but for me it was perfect. Walking 15 minutes through the beautiful central park was nice to get a feel of the city, and I got to see more of the town that way.

The host was very pleasant, the location was close to subway (and not far to city centre) and the apartment was pleasant without being flashy, with comfortable beds (and one during as we had six guests) and a good size for up to four people (if a little squeezy for the six of us).
