The homeowner is very friendly, warm and welcoming. Even when we came to check in late in the middle of night, she still treat us very kindly! She even show us every facilities there are in the house.

The room was cozy but clean and comfortable, and in a quiet neighbourhood but still just a short walk to the Tachikawa JR station. The staff were very friendly, (they let me check in early!). Especially useful were the laundry machines on my floor which were seriously appreciated! The breakfast was also excellent.

For location - close to Tachikawa Station's North Exit - and price, this hotel's hard to beat if you are in East Tokyo. Check in and out is relatively quick and there are some restaurants - Thai, Mexican, and a pizza place which serves craft beer close by.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The cost was very good, but this was also reflected in the terribly small size of the room. The restaurant for breakfast was very handy. The location was very good, a short 10 minute walk to the train station, with many cafes and restaurants and mini marts along the way.
