Nestled in the heart of Takasaki, this charming accommodation perfectly blends traditional Japanese hospitality with modern comfort. The location couldn’t be better. Takasaki’s peaceful streets, nearby temples, and stunning mountain backdrop made every walk feel like a step into history. And the proximity to local dining and cultural sites made exploring easy and rewarding. OHIO Motosan Shukuba is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful for the hospitality I received. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Takasaki.

This was an incredibly comfortable stay for our family of five. We were able to spread out in a very spacious, clean apartment, use the kitchen to make dinner, and parking was free and convenient. It was a fantastic stay.

The best accommodation we stayed in with my family in the month we were in Japan. I highly recommend it. It was close to the train station, spacious, bright, extremely clean, with enough beds, air conditioners, kitchen utensils, washing machine, a projector lamp with remote control in the main room. A large table, western style chairs. Television with youtube access. We loved it. We highly recommend it. With parking for those who travel by car.

Everything. The rooms were clean and well equipped , Japanese size. The toiletries bar supplied prime class products, the breakfast was excellent, coffee and ice cream break in the evening a nice added perk. The Spa was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful .

Beautiful, quiet location, it was nice to be away from the cities. The home cooked dinner was exceptional and a real highlight for our group - do not skip it! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Takasaki area or passing through, even if for just 1 night.

The staff were very kind. I received a very beautiful Mt. Fuji 3D Post Card from them. I liked the breakfast, that there is parking and the location too. Takasaki Station is a 9-minute walk away.

The location was superb and within the station footprint. So easy to use trains or convenience stores and return to room immediately. Would have been great if you needed to shop also.

Great location a short walk from the station, very helpful staff who were attentive and kind. The lady at Reception helped me to book a taxi for the next morning. The shower pressure and temperature were really good! I requested no cleaning for one day, so they left a basket with fresh towels, snacks, Yukata outside my room instead which was nice.

The location was excellent for travel by train, as it was a short distance from the train station and just off the main road leading from the station. Friendly staff and very helpful. Comfortable japanese style room.
