The location is far from Tsuruoka but in perfect proximity to Haguro-san, and easy to navigate from the bus stop. We loved out stay here and highly recommend it. We appreciate the owner's kindness also! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Breakfast was a nice mixture of things to try. I stayed only two nights but each morning the breakfast was varied.

I enjoyed the unique architecture of the hotel and its location in the middle of farmland, although it location limited access to the train station and outside places to eat.

For an APA hotel, the room was actually sizable for a single person. the location is amazing as it is across the street from the train station and bus terminal.

Beautiful room, friendly staff and breakfast and dinner where delicious.
Would definitely stay again if I return to Mt haguro.

Excellent location for walking up to the pagoda and temple. Lovely lady checked us in and served us so much delicious food! The soba restaurant nearby was also really good. Lodgings were cosy, comfortable and clean.
