Perfect location, within walking distance to JR station and convenience store. The hotel provided supper at night and coffee machines at lobby. There weres an onsen on the 10th floor, and they also provided free hokkaido milk ice cream for hotel guests. Room size was spacious. Staff was friendly too. The glass bottled milk in the vending machine was delicious and cannot be found anywhere else in hokkaido, must buy to try it!!

Location of the hotel near the waterfront and the view. We were at the10th floor looking out to the harbour. It was simply stunning in Winter. Only 3min walk to the Train station and easily access other facilities even in the middle of the winter. Excellent value for money.

Amazing. Free food, beautiful sento, great location. You can’t ask for more; this level of service would cost several hundreds of dollars per night in Australia.

Booking was easy and didn't need payment at advance. Price was good. Location is exelent, next to railway station and markets are nearby. Simmple, comftable and easy on the pocket.
I stayed on group accomodation for four people with punk beds. Beds are big enough for guy that is 2 meters tall. Only on other stayed in same room, so there was plenty of space.

Good price, a nice lounge the door are open 24/7 so you can come and go there are lockers available outside of the room for your important things. Overall a very nice place to stay for some time

The location was perfect - right by the JR station and the ferry terminal. There are konbini and restaurants nearby too. The rooms were really nice and the bunk beds were also quite spacious. It was very clean. There is free coffee and tea in the dining area.

Awesome location.
Literally visible from the JR Wakkanai station.
Close to banks, a few restaurants, but best to buy groceries at the Seicomart in the JR station.
The parking services even made accommodation to lock my bike up (not necessary but was raining heavily).
Hotel provided gowns and shoes, vending machines on most floors, free ice machines, and a good aircon (not really necessary either).

The facilities were clean, location is good as well and you can request for a room facing the sea. Owner is very friendly and understanding, and uses a translating device so non-Japanese residents don’t have to worry about language barrier.

The location was directly opposite of the train station, with convenience store nearby. Room was big to accommodate 7 of us, was equipped microwave which was handy.
