The owner - young guy Chathu is a fantastic host experienced in tourism industry, its a homestay where the family stays downstairs and we have the top all for us with 3 large rooms attached bath rooms with hot water and an extra-large open balcony area to chill, work, read overlooking the water tank through the pine forest, chatus families coking ability is expectational!!! ask for the traditional srilankan rice breakfast and you wont regret, and they do fantastic BBQs, ask chathu for the sight seeing he will take you or direct you, one of our team members got down with his own medical condition and the family came to rescue and send off the guy and his bicycle safely to colombo, all in all food & location was fantastic, safe and clean place for both local and international travelers

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Sweet Hotel with a great host. Nimal is really friendly, smart and also active in local community. He will help you with everything. Food was great and we also got a lunch package for the climb. Perfect place to stay and do Adams Peak. We felt very welcomed and can totally recommend.

I had such an amazing experience at the family homestay! The people were wonderful, and the atmosphere was cozy. Although it was a bit challenging to find the guest house due to the lack of signs, it's actually located right next to the Nallathanniya Buddha Statue. If you have trouble finding it, just ask the friendly folks at Mountain Villa Adam's Peak. They serve delicious meals, and it's the perfect place to stay if you're planning to hike Adam's Peak.

The hotel is located directly at the bottom of the stairs to Adams Peak. If you want to hike up the mountain it really js the best place to stay! The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and there is a nice little garden in front of the house.

If you’re hiking adams Peak this is a perfect place to stay. Staff were very helpful and nice and the room was clean and comfortable and perfectly located to start the trek. dinner and breakfast were great and offered alternatives for allergies.

Absolutely lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. Very close to Adam’s Peak, excellent location. Very clean & neat. Excellent beds - very comfortable. Both towels & bedding are fresh, NOT damp like it is in many places. HOT water. Amazing breakfast. Loved everything about our stay, 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a place to stay at before/after you climb Adam’s Peak. Incredible value for your money.
