Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

Serene and balmy location blended with natural textures of clay , wood and greenery. Loved the ambiance and staff was cheerful and welcoming.we will definitely visit again.I recommend this place to anyone who love to spend few days in wilderness with some good Ayurvedic treatments and soothing nature.

Newly build up resort - all facilities looks fresh, thoughtful, convenient. Enough space in the room, terrace. Perfect wifi accessibility! Great pool, always helpful staff, bar and food available at needed time. I can't highlight more - breakfast was something amazing - fresh fruits, rice porridge soup, your choice of eggs, and then set of local foods. Also we were greeted with fresh juice drink - quite a nice touch :)

Location is great and you have a view for lion rock! The staff was super helpful especially the manger- sanath, he help every day to find out what to do here!

Excellent environment, the garden, pool, dinning area are so well-maintained. We do not need any mosquito repellent in the property which is a big contrast in other boutique hotels/guesthouses in nearby area where we dined. The room is clean, spacious, simple yet stylist. Must join safari through the guesthouse, their connected driver is super professional and always took the best spots amongst all jeeps! Also very nice breakfast. We love everything from il Frangipane!

Since we arrived in the dark, you couldn't really tell what the view would be like, but when we woke up in the morning everything was great! I definitely recommend this place.

Great value accommodation close to Lion Rock. Kind, friendly, and informative host. Thank you for the 5:30am Tuk Tuk ride to the Rock. Highly recommend a hike up the stairs to the summit too despite the $35 USD entrance fee.
