Naturalist superb ( Indiga - hope I have spelt this correctly) - a bird guide of real excellence and very good company in walks and visits to birding areas - very knowledgeable about photography as well as birds

I stayed for 1night ,very nice place near to city centre,the owner is so helpful and they arranged a tuktuk for thalaimannar (adams bridge) at normal price..and must visit to ram setu starting point (trek) at evening definitely worth the visit

The family was very helpfull, kind and so nice. I booked the room for one night, but they where so great I stayed one more night. Location is at uptown, so you will need tuk tuk or scooter. Scooter you can rent from the owner. Good guest house for those, who need calm place.

We stayed two nights on the way to Jaffna late December. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The food was from a set menu but so tasty.
The location was about 20minutes from the Mannar town.
Excellent for bird watching. There was plenty of birds in the property and around the hotel.

I had a lovely stay at El Shaddai. This is such a warm hearted and welcoming family.
The room was everything I needed.
Mannar is just a small town, but it's worth the visit to stay at El Shaddai!

Lovely host family, the place is beautiful, clean and well maintained.
Just take into account that you are not in the city centre, but we liked that as it was not in a busy area.

how clean and new-looking the place was, it was a good location and the price was excellent. the owner was supper friendly and helpful, went here was problem with the kitchen sink she organised a plumber the same day and had it sorted the same day A++

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you looking for a place to stay in Mannar, we can definately recommend Victory's Gardens. Rooms are nice and clean, owner is lovely lady who can advice you some interesting places to visit in Manar. Over all we were satisfied with our stay in this place.

Few hostel you can online booking in Mannar.
Price is good, location is okay.
Can park my motorbike in yard.
Better visit here with motorbike or car.
