Both Haris and Rizwan really make you feel at home along with all the staff members as they are very attentive to your needs. Haris will gladly keep you entertained by playing pool with you as well.

Everything was great! We were given the most luxurious room they had with a great view of the tea plantations and the city. The room was clean, cozy, hot water and good Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was bitten by a leech when I was walking around the plantations. I was immediately helped. Be sure to wear closed shoes if you are going to walk around the plantations.

Our stay was perfect. The host was super friendly and welcoming. We felt really comfortable. He gave us good advice on what to do in the area and I walked to the Lovers Leap waterfall the next morning (you can reach it quickly from the accommodation). Breakfast was huge and very good. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Thank you for the nice stay!

Just stayed at The Ramp in Nuwara Eliya. Really impressed! The owner and staff are super nice and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed, like finding things to do and places to eat. The hotel itself is good too. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Plus, the location is perfect - close to everything in town. Overall, great value for money. If you're looking for a friendly and convenient place to stay in Nuwara Eliya, The Ramp is the spot!

The location is amazing. A little bit away from the city center but easy to walk down and for the way back we always took a TukTuk, which was super easy. The owner and his family were very helpful and on the second day we went on a little tour to viewpoints and a teafarm, after all of it he brought us to the trainstation. The breakfast there is to recommend, very delicious.

Really original room with a great decoration, comfortable bed, and great amenities. The staff was really friendly. The location is quiet yet not far from the city center nor the lake. Breakfast was good but a bit too spicy (we forgot to asked not spicy). The balcony is great to relax.

This was an amazing property set in a beautiful location. The views from the rooms, dining area and pool room were magnificent and really enhanced the stay. There are only 6 rooms which makes this boutique hotel a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The infinity pool overlooks the emerald hills and is quietly serene. The staff were all very kind and helpful.
